I lost 3 rounds of firefight in a row I'm starting to believe that 343 can control the bosses.Plus not anywhere near as good halo reach's firefight!
Halo Reach's Firefight was awful. They took what was good about ODST's Firefight and somehow made it worse.

yeah i hate how there's a time limit and not waves of survival just stupid objectives which can be impossible to complete in five minutes. Like yesterday i had to take on two legendary knights,5 enemy banshee ultras and two mythic wardens in 5 min also they where better than the normal bots and could do tricks and other BS things that they shouldn't know how to do. One of the things that got me and my friends is that we can't play in custom games!

Ummm... I could agree for some of the game modes to be there at launch but other than that, all these content/req drops were pretty nice. And it was ALL FREE. So I wouldn't complain.

It's commonly known that what is good for us is good for them, often that goes both ways. And they are not only a company with a name on it, there are passionate people working on the game and they want to bring you an awesome game.

What specifically looks bad? Literally everything, the updates, or what they showcased for this update? I'm only curious, you can have your own opinion, but I want to know... what looks bad to you? The weapons? Vehicles? Armor? Maps? Warzone Firefight? Or does almost everything they showed not have an appealing vision to you for some reason?

This was and Still is Halo at its Finest. If Warzone Dropped for Halo infinite and they bought back earnable with optional paid Reqs and Foreunner weapons.... Infinite would see a massive player boost.

They mean the entire game is free to play until July 5th. The dlc is free as long as you have bought the game.
What 343i has made with Halo 5 beats the best job of Bungie which in my opinion was the content of the multi-player of Halo Reach. You can say whatever you want about the campaign but Halo 5's multi-player is the best multi-player at this point.
Never played Halo5 since it was never on PC, expect the Forge part. But why this feels better then any Firefight modes?

I'm honestly confused as to where you get the idea that the new players are the ones hating on the changes Halo 5 has made. From my point of view, it's some of the older players who are bothered by the current direction.
Though with that said, I'm glad you're enjoying what Halo 5 has to offer. But for myself and plenty of others, it has left a lot, and I mean a LOT, to be desired. Don't mistake our intent however. We're not hating on the game just because. We love this franchise and want a game that can hopefully find a middle ground and satisfy both our needs as well as yours.
I think people all too often mistake constructive criticism as blind nostalgia hate.

I am glad with the new update they made firefight better, though I still feel like some of the bosses weren't made easier as said.

This update look phenomenal!!! I only wish my Xbox didn't get an error code screen from failing an update. Now my only option is to factory reset my console because Microsoft hasn't updated its list of offline updates.
That happened to me a few days ago. Fixed it by factory resetting the xbox.

Yeah, the game would be delayed to July 2016 to include all DLC at launch. Makes no sense to do so.
Tia Cain I don't think it would've taken that long, some of the stuff was already near finished. But yes, it would've taken a lot longer and we'd probably have more issues with the game like we had with MCC.

I have one major problem with warzone firefight. Defend objectives make
no goddamn sense. I think "oh defend until the time runs out" NOPE you
have to kill all enemies... WHILE THEY RESPAWN! What the hell?! Either
have a set amount of enemies and no respawning them, or let them respawn
but don't fail the entire game when time runs out when you have been
doing good. My games have lased only 1 round because of this! Everything else is great, even though it doesn't feel like firefight, it is still fun!

i think the last fight with the 2 warden eternals needs more time, 2-3 minutes is not nearly enough unless you have all the op shit, also tue respawns shouldn't take 30 seconds its nearly impossible to get the warden down to half with so many enemies at once

you should be able to just download it through the store. I'm sure they will put it in the "free play days" section like they normally do!
Ok so basically you need a bar of soap and 3 pieces of colored wires (color doesn't matter) what u do is you insert the wires into the bar of soap on one end and put a fork in the other end and cook it in the microwave for 30 seconds, then you dump the remains in the toilet and say these exact words! I enjoy playing halo 4 more than 5 just for the better game modes and maps. I find nearly every halo 5 game mode you're stuck with these 'arena' styled close quarter maps where people just AR rush you and beat you down giving little to no counterplay

seriously guys. the "should have been in the game at launch" crap is seriously getting boring. As someone who is going into game dev, I can understand the modern game dev economy and production system. They need time and excessive feedback to make changes and add new modes, and they're working on HW2 and Halo 6 planning in the background.
The only thing that Halo 5 is bad for is the lukewarm campaign and no splitscreen, and the latter is the Xbox One's fault, not 343s.

Holy hell firefight is way too hard. Ive played 10 round now and havent gotten past 3rd wave yet. There are too many enemies and the increased respawn timer make those too many enemies focus down the too few survivors. There were times when not a single person was alive because they were all on respawn for 30 seconds and we lost because the enemies would just waltz all over the core or the base. Its too much and needs to be toned down a bit.
I've played like 15 warzone firefight games and lost only 2.
