Most Japanese producers prefer Ableton or Cubase than FL. When it comes to Vocaloid, there's Vocaloid Editor for Cubase, and it's pretty convenient for them to compose on the DAW.
Still has some expectations like Mitchie M uses Logic Pro, and GigaP the FL bois tho
