Bro, I'm lovin all the content. I'm not just following along. I'm also doing a lot of the projects that you are. I'm so impressed with your work I've been watching with friends who know I've had my truck for 4 years and progressing slowly. Thanks again for the great content.
I'm a big fan of no steps, its always the first thing I take off when buying a new truck, looks way cleaner with out them. With that being said, your truck is a lot taller than all of mine haha
I’d go with amp or rough country power steps. I’ve had amps on the last 3 trucks I’ve owned and never had a problem with them install was easy and everything is plug and play for newer trucks. But it gives you that clean look of no steps but gives you the comfort of steps.
@@ReysGarage I’d prefer the amps over rough country. They cost more but from what I’ve read and research the amp steps are easier to install with running the wires and everything. Rough country instructions just seemed like over kill. But if you find rough country’s then gotta do what you gotta do lol.
if that is the look you want this is what I did I bought forth gen bumper with no cut out cause way cheaper then I ordered the pod mounts got them and cut the holes out with a wiz wheel and then ordered OEM for the bumper the brackets for the lights bout same price as what you paid for sport bumper then got a whole different look when ordered a cowl hood looks awesome
@@clintonboatwright I just mean, like are you gonna add any more pearl to it or anything like that? I was thinking about asking my paint shop to add a little bit extra pearl when they mix mine.
Any advice for me guys? Thanks for watching!

That’s what I was wondering man. I’m gonna try to see if someone has a set on marketplace! Thanks bro! 🍻

That actually really good idea lol
I look forward to what you decide to do next with the Dodge. Hopefully an interior video as well.
You and me both!
I definitely like the no step look. What color are you going with?
Gonna go with the factory forest green pearl it’s gonna look so good man. Thanks for tuning in!
now I'm at the same stage you are prepping for paint got the jams finished in the emerald green pearl now for the out side
What paint code are you using?
bcc0421 emerald green pearl (pgf,qgf)
@@clintonboatwright nice thankyou. Are you gonna add anything to it?
@@ReysGarage what do you mean add something to the paint
@@clintonboatwright I just mean, like are you gonna add any more pearl to it or anything like that? I was thinking about asking my paint shop to add a little bit extra pearl when they mix mine.
Lemme get that fourth gen bumper!!I'm local in new port richey
Hit me on instagram or facebook. I got email too.
im just wondering why you would go backwards with the sport bumper vs the forth gen thats kinda crazy to me
Just to go more OEM style. They look really good color matched. I would keep the 4th gen if it had the fog light cut outs.
Do you have to run front license plate in Florida ?
No sir not at all
I hate the look of steps but all my trucks have them, its a pain without having em. Looking forward to see how it turns out
Thanks man! I was already testing it out and it’s rough 😂 I’m gonna see if I can find someone in marketplace with a used set of the automatic ones
Put a tail gate on the truck instead of that aluminum one
I got you! I’m gonna paint the stock one and see what I can do with the aluminum one. Thanks for watching man! 🍻
What lift is it bro
It was custom from that last owner lol
Still plan on making it 4x4?
Yes! I’d like to get a 4x4 parts truck and do it.
