What would make these a lot more rare is to use copper pennies dated 1981 and before or silver quarters 1964 and before. I would think the values would become ten times what they are now or more and would be a much cleaner looking pressed coin and very rare. Very cool collection thanks for sharing!
I carry old copper pennies with me to the parks to use in the pressed penny machine. That way my pressed pennies are solid copper and have a cool retro look. You won't ever see some of the silver metal coming through that the current pennies have as they are copper clad and not solid. You can buy the old solid copper ones in coin shops for cheap if they are well used and not collectible to coin collectors.
I love your collection! I collect pressed pennies as well, but not just for Disney, wherever I go and see a machine lol, I grab one or two...zoos, aquariums, different states and cities I’ve visited, etc.

In Disneyland Paris, we got machines with round coins. They cost 2 euros each. So they are a little bit more expensive than usa, but they are a bit bigger, thicker and wider cause they are round and not oval coins. But still cheaper than the rest of the merchandise 😉 and a nice collection to have!
I collect the pressed coins also, although I don't have very many from the Disney parks. I wish I did. They are cheap to collect and don't take up much room to store, and they are right from the place your visiting, not made in China.

I got that same book (the third one you showed) in 2017 and I was just at Disney World in January of 2020 and they no longer sell it!
