I do Halloween decorating here (even though not American) only due to being married on 31October. I decorated a corner in our back yard for our children and the children attending our home wedding (19yrs ago). I’ve kept it going for our children with the piñata and decor inside and front patio since giving the kids and now grandkids smiles and lollies. Though I’d love come to your place for your dessert ❤

Oh that musical doormat! It reminds me of my Mom! She loved Halloween spooky season and she had all the cool decorations that made noise. She would make every kid step on it before she gave them their treat on Halloween. Good memories.

Oh my gracious, my family is going through that mess, RSV..incredible sore throats, body aches, sinus craziness, can't eat...they were pitiful...hit very fast..hope you all are feeling better❤

Same my husband had surgery on Wednesday woke up Thursday feeling okay as the day went on he was going down hill. He woke up Friday feeling so very sick. We called the surgeon and talked to him and he said there was a horrible virus going around and it sounds like what he has. He’s still feeling horrible today and he’s not one of these men who typically complain about being sick. Hope everyone starts to feel better soon.

Kim, we like to have our Christmas decor up for Thanksgiving too, glad to see we arent alone with that lol!
Three ingredients have changed my life.
1. Betty Crocker Chocolate chip cookie mix
2. 1/2 can of purée pumpkin
3. A tablespoon or so of cinnamon
Mix and bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool cut into bars. And that’s it.
I also go rogue and throw in a handful of brown sugar just to give it more sweetness but don’t think it needs it. You’re going to want to use the whole can of pumpkin but don’t. It will be too moist. I’m going to be making for a thanksgiving dessert.

I was sick a couple weeks ago too, pretty sure it was c*vid, body aches for a couple days along with a cough and itchy/stuffy 👃. Threw on a mask and avoided others for the week. It was just a mild case thankfully.

We had that to the beginning of September… it was cvd, my husband had to test for work. It definitely was mild! Now we are getting colds 🤧

HI KIm, I totally get your feeling about Christmas stuff out early but Thursday I went into Kohls and they were playing Christmas Carols!!!! Too too early for me. I heard two women talking about it they were saying that Kohls could at least wait until after Halloween. I agree for sure. That mat is amazing! Brings back memories.
