anyway, how much did you spent on renovating your house ?
My total amount for renovation and buying everything emptied both our savings last time ... i actually regretted ... we spent rm350k
very good decision to tear down that kitchen, maids room wall/window.. don't know why developers waste so much time doing such bad design decisions. Just give a big open and fully customisable space.. saves them on material and labour costs.. end user can do whatever they want.

Hi, I have a dishwasher too and I found that even if you didn't use the dishwasher, you should run it a couple of times a month... say, once every other week. Apparently things can rust and seals can dry out causing leaks. I only realized about this after I saw a notice about this on a dishwasher in one of my client's offices. I think it's just like cars, it has to be run regularly. That's just my two cents.

Great video to showcase your house and I like you actually explained the brands you use and what works and what doesn’t. One thing I disagree is the Electric piano, you may consider getting an upright piano even it’s a second hand one in good condition. Electric piano vs acoustic piano is like playing GranTurismo on PS4 vs driving a real car. Just my 2¢ cheers

Bobby Ang haha! For me it’s the electrical instrument requires more replacements down the road haha. But you’re right acoustic piano are more delicate but well maintained will last you a lifetime. Anyway enjoy music, it’s one of the best things in life! ❤️

Yes, the garden is nice and very useful because it is not hot outside after 2pm. The only thing to worry about is someone throw/drop anything down from up there.
I have a very bad experience many years ago when I was eating at a restaurant (outside area, shoplot end lot unit) and a guy was drinking his beer (glass bottle) beside the window on the 2nd floor accidentally dropped his bottle from the window and the bottle ended up at a position about 1.5 meter next to me. Cikek sial!

yeah i have to be honest ... i only knew my condo was affected when the management inform everyone "water will resume tonight!" ..... then i went and check my tank ... left half ... baru i perasan my neighbours all have no water past two days when the condo tank dried up .... **gulp** lOL

What happened if electricity or battery runs out on the digital lock?
It runs on AA batteries. First set of 8 laste 4 years. On my second set now. If it runs out, there's a little connector at the bottom to stuff a 9V battery (the square one you can buy anywhere) to power it up. As for the low batt warning, it starts singing a music looooong before it runs out to give us ample warning. Wonderful stuff.

There is a difference between multiple plug points and single power rail system. Since your power rail is only connected to 1 plug point, becareful not to overload it.

Not worth it. Still it is a condo. Here in Ipoh for that price can get semi d bungallow in a luxury township.
Thayanand Palanisamy People bought it heavily due to location. If u see ads, some apartment in centre KL even smaller than bobby but easily sold twice the price.

Very nice place you got. Garden is amazing. I presume you designed the garden yourself right. Just curious, is the garden self maintained or by the building management? Did have a look at your condo when it was under construction, over 10 years ago. The name reminds me of an LV bag. Haha. But in the end decided on a landed property somewhere else. But did live in TD for awhile before the house was completed.
