It boggles me how people manage to live there with a median house hold income of less than $25k, that gives me hope I'll get pre-approved for a loan lol. Awesome video Nick! 😁

Median household income in Clairemont is about $100k, $25k would be VERY interesting 😅

Much of Clairemont is in the path of a local airport, Montgomery Field which has a constant flow of extremely loud private airplanes flying low over schoolyards, parks and residences. These planes use leaded aviation fuel which is known to be toxic to children and adults per EPA standards. The skies in Clairemont are infested with noisy low flying planes polluting many of those living below.

Clairemont is in the direct flight path of Montgomery Field private airplanes. There is constant heavy traffic of extremely loud, obnoxious low flying planes day and night. These aircraft use leaded aviation fuel which leaves toxic lead pollution falling down on all residents below. These planes take off low over schoolyards and children are especially vulnerable to lead exposure, its resulting brain damage and other well known health effects. With the ever-increasing number of selfish fliers determined to bring their awful noise and pollution to Clairemont, it is not a safe environment for families or singles.
