You need to oil your Ney once in a while in order to keep it in a good condition, here is a simple method how.

Hazelnut oil is better than olive oil, it doesn't smell as heavy as olive and also it is said that hazelnut oil is more appropriate for ney. Thanks for your video

I recommend using hazelnut oil. Light oils do not leave residue in the ney. You can also choose sesame oil and almond oil.
