Wow that looks a scary spot in those conditions. Definitely looks worth a revisit when the water is lower though. I wonder what it will be like under winter snow/ice conditions. Might need some crampons though. On the plus side at least you came away with a few shots.

Another great video Paul. My favourite shots were the ones looking back the other way.

Hi Paul, great place mate and some fantastic shots as usual, once my van is sorted, I'm definitely heading up to Scotland for a week or so, shame about that tripod for the other vlogger, I have a bit of a tripod obsession, I have 7 🤣yeah, mad I know, although my new one, a Kingjoy, will be my main one now. Take care mate and see you in December 👍

It must be one of those times of year Paul. My camera went for a swim last week and is now with the insurance company. Great location and video as ever :-))
I'll let you know when I get a new camera so we can get out and about

Enjoyed the video as usual Paul.
Definitely not worth going in the water that fast.
It's a shame that the water was so high, still you managed to capture some really nice image's.
Off to Loch Lomond next, my old stomping ground.
Look forward to the next video.

The red sandstone and the Fuji greens really complimented each other Paul. Man (Manfrotto) overboard really takes on a new meaning but it could have been a lot worse had the camera been attached 📷👏👍

Its 10 minutes down the road from me. You went all the way there and missed the best shots. Keep walking another 100 yards down the path until the gorge opens up and you can get into the river (not in that weather, my local ambulance crew and Trossachs Rescue would not approve, anyone getting into the water with that flow is an idiot) and walk up it a good distance. I was there three days after you, it was ankle deep.

Good thing he managed to get it back.
Unfortunately lost my tripod as well a week ago (no fancy dive in a river or anything, rather plain stupidity; I forgot it during a hike while taking photos without it and only realized it was missing after my ride back! 😮 Drove back the next morning but unfortunately it was nowhere to be found 😢).
Anyway, lesson learned! Nice spot you've visited with your pals and some lovely images! Cheers.
