I think the criteria of height in beauty pageant should not be there...bcuz I think every girl is perfect in her own way...height doesn't matter at all cuz every girl out there should get a fair chance to participate in the competition....cuz every girl has that uniqueness and that spunk in themselves....so just do not judge a girl by her height
