The big bag of rhinestones that you got are actually hotfix and they will start to fall off of nails because the hotfix black part is glued onto the nail that stays on the nail but the rhinestone just falls off I always make sure not to buy hotfix I buy flatback

Oh- about all the little packages coming in the larger bag. That happened to me too. I think USPS or whoever is bundling them together. I had three small orders from different sellers come in one big gray poly bag just like you. I was totally confused lol

Could be that the sellers sent them to an ali warehouse and Ali sent them?
Glitterbels has a video out on how to prep your brush. And they recommend you to top coat the brush so you don't ruin them
