- Hi SONEs :D HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY! I was first on the standby line for this show in the morning (Feb 1, 2012), so they gave the first 2 people "special" seats, which was on the first row! MOST audience (that received tickets long ago) don't know SNSD (they were looking forward to JLo), so I hope the few of us who were admitted did a good job cheering them!
I'm sorry I don't have a DSLR, so I hope this video quality is good enough... I hope SONEs like it :D This video is dedicated to Tracy (my sister) & Sue Fern (I screamed YURI just for you!). Hope you guys like it too :D

@lilshortypie72 TELL ME ABOUT IT!!! Seohyun harmonized for almost all of the members in BOTH U.S. performances AND she still manages to dance her butt off. In all of SNSD's MR's she consistently hits all of her notes regardless of how intense the dance sequence is. I just want to put her on a pedestal and give her a freaking medal already. This girl deserves all the success in the world.

i don't know much about singing but i'm pretty sure seohyun was just backing yoona up... because she has a pretty low voice and is a good harmonizer... she's backing taeyeon up at 3:30 and we all know that tae can sing ^^
It's because USA TV doesn't utilize backing tracks vocals the same way korean TV does. So Seohyun had to sing in place of the backing track
I really liked Kelly's behaviour towards the girls, she was really nice. Girls you will make it big in the USA ♥

Well, you can still hear Yoona, so I think she is just supporting her vocals. I find that tho since Yoona sang her part by herself during The Boys Korean promotions.
Wow, this is great! Thanks for recording and uploading it. The "GG" shout did sound like coming from a bunch of jocks, but I'm really glad that Hyoyeon seems to receive the loudest cheers from the audience. She seems to appeal more to foreign fans than to her fellow Koreans.
So glad to see them making some inroads into the American music scene and pop culture. This decade will be really cool if we get a wave of Kpop and Jpop.
A lot of respect for artists who are living their dreams. I find it amazing that they sing in multiple languages.

You did a very good job. A DSLR was not necessary at this range, and they might not have let you bring it into the studio anyway. Frequently point-and-shoot cameras are permitted, but "professional-looking" equipment is not allowed. The truth is, you were damn lucky. Some sones would consider this the opportunity of a lifetime.
