Irobot J9+ Combo Vacuum and Mop "Empty the Bin" error, fix and customer Service help.

My almost brand new J9+ Combo vacuum and mop robot was giving me and error message "empty the bin" even though the robot was going to the base station and emptying it bin. I went to the app and followed the cleaning instructions to clean the sensors, change the filter and the outside window of the dust bin. After calling Irobot customer service, I cleaned the inside of the dust bin and the problem was resolved!! The iRobot customer service rep also noticed that I needed a new base, which they sent at no charge to me. Thank you iRobot!!!! ‪@momsmachines5476‬
