Frances, I am here for the ride...lol!!! I am so happy your boys are a year above minds so you can tell me all the things. After your review we might just stick with Science Shepherd. It's the $279 plus price tag and the fact that my boys do not like all the labs like that🤦‍♀. The labs for Science Shepherd are not that great but I pull some from TPT.
Also, did you know that The Riot and Dance is a documentary now on Angel Studio? You might can incorporate that into the lessons some kind of way.
Lastly, that first two minutes was a warm and a release. My homegirl had to get some stuff off her chest...haha!
Thanks for the video and laughs.

Hey! Glad to hear from you. I will see if I can find the documentary. Yea science can be pricey. I am already thinking next year and if I will even bother to spend this amount. I am looking to reduce big time. I did need to vent. We are having a lot of discussions for these years. Kids go through so much in the teen years trying to find themselves and their interests.

Yes, we started with Science in the Beginning in the third grade and loved it, so we kept with the series until this year in the ninth grade. We only switched because I got a harebrained idea!
BB is affordable and I’m paying what you pay for science for my son’s live Spanish class. The budget has to give somewhere! Since I don’t speak a word of Spanish, so we invest in that subject.
Anyway, I love seeing what other families are using, so thank you for the video.

I appreciate this show and tell! We used Dive science with Dr. Shormann this year because my son loves his math. Well, science was a different story! Next year he’ll go back to Berrean Builders for biology.
