I have watched everything from when you got Athena to date, then rewatched the Athena rebuild. Decided I should go back and see where it all started! Cheers,

I've windsurfed for years, but want to start sailboat cruising. I'm shopping for a weekender and really appreciate how you've documented the renovation process. Many thanks! -- a new subscriber

***** Thank you very much Christopher :) Welcome aboard! What kind of boats are you looking at? Where are you located? :)

I am researching the Lagun table mount for my own boat so it was valuable for me to see you unbox it and get familiar with it. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Mads! I finally bought a sailboat after watching videos for nearly a year. My sailboat didn't come with a table at all, so I was excited to come back and review your installation of the Lagun table leg. I think it's going to be exactly what I need! Thanks for your great videos! ¬Steffanie

I’ll be putting the Lagan table let on my list. Thanks for another great product idea, Mads!

I have a Lagun setup in my cockpit. Works great, easy to handle and sturdy as a rock. Even when the kids climb around everywhere.

I'm watching all your videos in order to catch up. I particularly like this one and its subsequent sister vids. Smart.

Jonathan Landwer Thank you, Jonathan :) I think it turned out really nice although the Lagun table leg does seem a little pricey.

...and we are now up to nearly100% on the Mads DIY style. It didn't take long for these videos to get really darn good as far as DIY content goes.

Good idea Mads. I never liked the fold down table setups a lot of sailboats came with. The swing away design should help alot. Keep up the great vids. Thanks!

Nice presentation! I will look for one to install into my truck camper. This is one of those items where, once seen, one has to have!
Note--I've been suffering with the "bum shuffle" for years...and didn't even know it had a name!

It's all about adapting...when I first moved on I felt the space was too small, now I feel like I have more room than I need! lol

Thank you, this was really helpful. Thinking of having one of these tables in a WFH desk.

If you own a ballad though don't you want the boat to look original and cool mads?
Love the videos, especially of your summer cruise. Keep up the good work

Hello, did you use Formica over all the marine plywood in the cabin or is it painted? It looks very smooth. Thank you.

Mads. Du har inspireret mig igen, i min båd er der et klodset bord, som er monteret på understøtningen under masten, plus der er et ben under. måske hvis jeg lavede en adapter der kunne montere dit system på understøtningen, så kunne jeg også svinge bordet væk.

Seems like a great upgrade from the bulky original table. Is this the 500mm or the 750mm table leg version?

    • @yxrkt
      @yxrkt 10 ปีที่แล้ว

That would have been great. Just had a look through lagun's product guide and there where two lengths. Looks like your table leg is the perfect height. Looking forward to the part 2.

What is the largest top you’d put on the laguna? I read 50 lbs max

Елена Крылышкина Thank you :) Ups, I've just updated the description to include a link :) I got mine from SVB (www.svb24.com/en/foldable-teak-table-panel.html) but I think the tabletop from Hjertmans (www.hjertmans.se/article/fallbord-miami-800x600mm) is the same. I don't know which option would be cheaper where you live :)

Quick question, I know this is very late, but I assume then, the lagun mount doesn't come with the table top, right? Thank you!

Been looking around at many designs myself. Yes, they do not come with the table top here is a website showing this: www.northcoach.com.au/lagun-rv-and-camper-table-frame-mechanism/ - Australian website if there is precautions.

    Hej Mads
