Reparative dentin is when newly recruited odontoblasts begin depositing dentin.
Reactionary/response dentin is when the original odontoblasts function in dentin deposition. The terms have been switched in the video - Sorry! A textbox has been added to the video to notify you of this error (around the 9:40 mark)
