NRL Hunter Stage HOW TO

Ever wonder about going to a NRL Hunter match but not sure what to expect? Here is Matt Alwine shooting a stage at a recent match. There are a maximum of 8 points on a stage. You get 2 points for each first round impact and 1 point for a second round impact. This particular stage had 4 targets from one position. There are other layouts of stages such as 1 target, 4 positions as well as 2 targets, 2 positions. Matt missed one first round shot but followed it up with an impact so he scored 7/8 on this stage.

That looks way more interesting that prs competition. I just can't get into 20 pound rifles, they have no application outside of that discipline.

Yeah even a PRS lightweight division or something would be nice to rein in the super heavy rifles.
