The life of a High achiever can be burdensome.
You have to be very intentional about creating margin in your life.
I'm struggling too.
But I think my daily time table works well. And I try not to kill myself with guilt on the days when I'm not doing enough.

8 months after, he’ll be getting married soon 😅
Earlier this year, I had a goal. I had broken this goal down into bits for every month of the year. Simple bits that I could definitely take on.
By June, I was already stressing myself out for "running behind schedule". Thankfully, I had a free schedule on the eve of June 30th and God sat me down.
We brought out our schedule at the start of the year and found out that I was running October's schedule in June.
And I wanted to kill myself for running behind schedule.
I still struggle with resting, but the Holy spirit is always there to remind me to shut down when I need to.
My friends are there for me as well.
I am willing to be your assistant 😊
"Some people just want to feed their families". I think that's a valid desire.
Everyone cannot be the same.
I feel like there are areas in the lives of everyone that they are laid back.
