    DJ thanks 4 ur gr8 works. And again talking about her being able to build b4 others, she went with dv lottery and as she rightfully said, she had her green card already and so she could find and start working ASAP, while others do not have dat and are really struggling to find papers 2 work with, therefore you can't compare her with others in terms of doing something early back home. So we should stop all these unnecessary comparison and pressure we put on our people outside d country.

    Mortgage is always better than renting in abroad. It’s the best proven investment. 30 years or not it’s still the best product money can buy. Renting must be temporary. It’s a waste of dollars or pounds in the long run.!!

    Is very good to buy a house in us because if you are renting and paying rent 2000 months and when you buy your own house you can be paying 1500 months or 1600 months so it better you buy your own house

    DJ as for this topic, majority of Ghanaian women don't feel comfortable bringing over their partners abroad because most women get in love or marry based on benefits they will get from their men so is normal, as for building or buying house in Ghana or abroad depends on your family background or personal circumstances, like what she said, she wanted her mum to have a befitting place to sleep before buying a house, she has really done well, US is indeed land of opportunity, it will be very difficult for registered nurse to buy house in Europe not to talk about LPN or HCA.

    Why do Ghanaians living in Ghana always begging borgas for money? They call Ghana home, meaning your place of peace,joy and hope,yet Ghanaians living in Ghana seem to also beg borgas.Why? I thought the say there are many opportunities, jobs in Ghana besides, the Ghana economy is currently booming etc,so why beg borgas for money?Ghanaians in Ghana should learn to be independent, and hold their Government accountable. Borgas too stop giving Ghanaians living in Ghana money because they say Ghana is better than abroad. Besides,borgas also have a life to live oo.They say they're home,yet also begging borgas.Is Ghana really home? How can you be home,yet begging those living in foreign lands? It doesn't make sense.SMH

    CNA job making 4, 000 weekly was over exaggeration

    • @LeticiaBempah-ji6rj
      @LeticiaBempah-ji6rj 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @charlesagbetefe1691 Did you even listen very well to the interview? I stated if you’re a travel CNA or nurse that’s the kind of money you’ll be making. Next time listen before you respond. Ask anyone who travels to other states to work and they’ll confirm.

    • @charlesagbetefe1691
      @charlesagbetefe1691 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, I have listened to the interview to the end. You didn't specifically say CNA made $4, 000 a week, but you did say over $ 3, 000 a week while LPN made 4,000 or more a week. I still stand by what I said, madam

      @LeticiaBempah-ji6rj 🤣🤣 oh really? Missing out on what? The average annual salary for travel CNA is $ 56,000, so how are they making $ 3,000 a week, my dear Leticia

    • @charlesagbetefe1691
      @charlesagbetefe1691 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Or they're making that amount every two weeks, which will be 72,000 annually or 144,000 based on 3, 000 weekly
