Do you have a recent video about the Lakeland area and what’s around the area, which areas of Lakeland and better than others, restaurants, shops etc.?
I have a few Lakeland videos on my main channel. My most recent is just a news and development update of Lakeland. We’ve done a few area videos for Lakeland in that channel if you want to check it out. I am signing on a house in Plant City in a couple weeks. New construction in a development called The Farm at Varrea. $356k for a 4/3 2400sf. It seems like Tampa pricing hasn't found that area. Wife got a job in Tampa so we are moving down from Jax. I had no idea how we were going to afford a house because a house the size we needed was almost half a million minimum in town. But thankfully Plant City is only a 25 minute commute.
Heck of a community and location. Plant city is not on many peoples radars due to the lack of things to do within the city but if you put it into perspective like you said you’re 25 minutes away from endless opportunities in tampa. Great job congratulations
