People forget that Goldberg and Brock Lesnar are real life friends, Goldberg used to attend Brock's matches in UFC and it was Brock and Heyman's who made Goldberg come back easily.

I mean, the fact that Lesnar would willingly lose to Goldberg literally in under 2 minutes should be a testament that they are real life friends. Firstly, Lesnar doesn't seem to be a guy who willingly loses in such manner. Secondly, Lesnar is the kind of friend who would do such thing, just like how he requested for his toy figures to be in the same pack as Curtis Axel so that Axel could make some money from it...
...which also means, despite his inability in the ring and the lack of cardio he has for a pro wrestler, Goldberg himself must also be an all around good guy to hang around with, and a good friend. It's just that no one credible in the business is yet to tell a story or two about him being a good guy.
      Edit: Inability, not disability. Lmao.

And I'd argue to say there are 3rd string benchwarmers with more football talent than him. And yeah of course a lot of professional sports have steroids involved with the highest level but not to the degree that freak was on. Its like a foot race, half the team cheating is using bikes and Brock was in a car. His cheating wasn't on the same level as the guys who were playing for years having to do small modest cycles on and off to not get popped by the governing body that routinely tests NFL players. Brock had free range from like 13-27 to blast tf outta any and all gear before he entered the NFL. By 27 most NFL players are nearing retirement. And clearly whoever tf tests for gear in college wrestling is a joke lmfao cause his physique during his college years, you could get 2nd hand swole just by being in the same room as him he was so juiced up.

I went crazy when Goldberg returned. I am quite young and missed Goldberg era. But the videos of him not losing for a long time made me think of him as a final boss. When he returned I went "no f*king way"

@jerodgraham6623 Very much true. The problem is when someone loses like that, it hurts his run as well as makes every challenger look bad as well. Luckily, Orton and Bryan were made men by that point.
Kinda reminds me of Bob Backlund losing the belt to Diesel after his match with Bret Hart way back when. Backlund had no business beating Diesel, but at the same time, the champ should not be booked to look like a chump.

literally no wrestling fan thinks Lesnar is stupid, dude makes millions per year and sometimes doesn't even have to show up once, ive never heard someone critic Brock and it be because of his intelligence, the only critics are that we want to see more of him. The only people who say "you think hes just a dumb farm boy" are people like Heyman, like Goldberg, like CVv who met him, heard what he sounded like and thought he was stupid and then they were proven wrong - but literally no fan thinks Lesnar is stupid. Thats literally just made up.

For me what I take from this interview was that I can get my ass kicked and still have a shot to win the world heavyweight championship if you don't give up on yourself. You must always be willing to evolve which includes doing things that may look weird but what I've known from watching these two athletes world champions is that anything is possible to God be the glory as you don't quit. Thank you both for all of your years of sacrificed and lessons on what it takes to stand on your own two feet because life is hard but don't stay down. Pray to God he gives you the strength to perform the finishing maneuver for me for I am only a man. Thank you both very much.
