I spent a week in Osaka, years ago. Osaka is the home of the Japanese mint. The food is great. The crabs, fish are delicious; but the Kobe beef which is close to Osaka, is unforgettable! I cannot forget the distinctive cuisine throughout Japan.
Absolutely! Osaka's food scene is unreal! I totally agree about the Kobe beef-it's something else! Have you tried any street food? What’s your favorite dish from Japan?
Thanks for your video it helps so much I was planning to go on a trip to Japan. Love watching your video, the recording, the resources and details. LOVE IT!
Tim you’re very enjoyable to watch and you’re very kind. Enjoy all your food reviews especially the buffets take care of yourself. Be careful keep the videos coming.
I think when travelling to a new place, spending the first night on a food tour is quite nice . Get to visit all the great eateries and make new friends.
The takoyaki and everything for that matter looks delicious. Even though I had dinner, watching your videos make me hungry! Love your videos. Keep it up!
I was born Canadian now living in St. Augustine Fl. The oldest city in America. My husband and I would love to host you and show you what the city has to offer.
I started my new job a few years ago and wanted to go to the Mandarin Chinese restaurant and I saw ur videos. And was hooked. Now I want to travel and today I’m looking up parts of 🇯🇵
What an atmosphere! Looks so lively and fun! 🥳I really enjoy the videos where you show us the street foods! And I can't be the only one who misses your COVID at home cooking experiment videos 😆Keep up the great work!
Wow Tim, you definitely do "get around"! The quality and pricing of Japanese street food in Osaka looks superb! Yaki Soba is an all time favorite. The Takoyaki really caught my eye, that looks awesomely scrumptious and @ 600 Yen=$4.00 excellent prices! Until next time, wishing you safe journeys and adventures.
Dotonburi is quite amazing at night. There are so many places to eat at night as well, but they're usually small shops and there is a significant lineup as well. Sometimes waiting two hours for a bowl of ramen at midnight....
Omg, we were there! We actually went to Starbucks to have the Sakura Coffee during Cherry Blosson season. So fun! Enjoy!!!! Oh and we went to the Hedgehog Cafe! Haha
Hello Tim I'm so jealous that you get to eat melon pan. It's my favorite food . I would eat every day. Theres so many sight tasty treats. I tried Takoyaki with Bonito flake on top. I wouldn't like it as I only eat tuns, Cod, Haddock And White Fish. Don't know what white fish is taste like Cod to me. But I really liked. Them the other thing you've already tasted. .Okonomiyaki . is there a food you don't like but found on your travels that they made it taste and you were shocked about liking it their way. X😮 How safe is it do you think for a lone disabled female who wants to visit Japan.
Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out... That was the first time trying melon bread and it was very delicious. I would highly recommend travel even to japan.. safely though. You just do need to be a little bit cautious because there is somewhat limited accessibility service in japan, although Tokyo and other major cities should be fine. Probably not to the standards of north america, but definitely lots of elevators and accessibility features
Totally overated you can get tkoyaki anywhere in Japan. Dontonburi overcrowded and no public toilets nearby. Same foods everywhere you go if you like extreme crowds and can hold you shit then all means go. Good luck!

Ohh, the Kobe beef sounds amazing. Really enjoying Osaka as well…much more laid back😀
@@TimLeeLetsGo When in Japan go to any Takashimya Department store, they have an amazing food section, at “affordable” prices.

Tim please do a Japan 711 food & drink review!
Ahhh… will try😋
I usually go to Osaka with friends by ourselves. Hiring a guide to assist seems a good idea - to save time and to eat more😂.
It was nice to get to meet some new travellers on the tour. Nice way to get introduced to the city😋
😅great treats as your walking Tim I'm glad you're enjoying yourself and not sweating in this video 😂😂 just kidding
awesome
Osaka has a lot of great street food. The city also has a great baseball team.
I should have checked if there was a baseball game available... next time

Thank you so much for the great suggestion! Noting it down😀
So much food on this street. Why was the Dotonbori vlog so short lol
Hi Tim, loving the videos, can i ask what you are recording on?
Oh, I use a DJI pocket three

The hedgehog café sounds so interesting 😀. Japan is definitely a great place to visit!
Yeah 👍🏻👏🆒💗🇯🇵🤩
😀
Just $4 for Takoyaki. I thought it would cost more in Japan. Nice! Looks meaty too!
Yummy ❤
What is it like to communicate in English in Osaka?
It was perfectly fine. People there were very accommodating, and a little bit of Google Translate always helps.

I believe this was a Friday night so it was a bit busy
Kiryu-san????

It was pretty crowded and definitely a tourist area. Full tourist mode here.😉
4:54 It's not proper to walk and eat in Japan. Sheesh 😮
Seafoods not sweet, candy is sweet. You're just doing the guy fieri stuff cause you're easily influenced.
