Hi Nitsa, thanks for showing us these great transfer videos! What do you suggest the best way to transfer to grey linoleum? option 3, Gesso? Thank you!
I want to transfer an image to brass then electroplate which requires a clean surface. If i use decoupage, then transfer the image, could I then remove the decoupage in the areas where there is no image to get back to the bare brass? Basically i want an image on brass with lots of blank spaces if that makes sense. the blank spaces is what would be electroplated
The gesso tranfer can you use that method on card stock or mixed media paper instead of wood?

What setting on the printer for the paper
I usually set it to high quality printing so the printer dispenses a lot of color 👍
I've tried with white glue and varnish. The procedure is similar. But I want to try with other materials. Gesso is a good one. Did you ever tried with acetona? It will be my next experience. Thanks for sharing this quick tips 👍😁😍

I use label paper. I love doing it that way.
And the best part about it is that you can reuse the label paper 👍

Thanks for the videos unfortunately I haven't had any luck with transferring this way with my ink based prints, What ink jet printer are you using,? Mine is an Artisan 1430 and it uses dye based inks . My guess is that your printer uses pigment based inks. Thanks
Actually I looked up your printer which uses pigment ink:
"This continuous ink system is designed for Epson Artisan 1430 printer which use pigment ink, Prefilled with 400ml True color pigment ink "
Pigment ink doesn't work with some of the transfer methods since it's water resistant.
@@NitsaCreativeStudio Thanks so much for your response Nitsa , I must just be doing something wrong because , My printer's cartridges are T0796 dye based and I have a continues system that uses 100ml single bottle 6 color Dye ink for Epson 1430, I was actually thinking about buying a printer that used pigment based inks but they are so expensive , but now that I know that it should work I will just keep trying , Thanks so much :)
For the metal, what kind of paper was the photo printed on?
It was printed on standard printer/copy paper.

I did why you said, then I sprays it with clear acrylic, but when it dried it had a lot of white patches still in it… why?
Sometimes you need to spray a second coat which will help rid of the leftover paper 👍
Okay I did it again, twice more after you told me but still has white spots in it, it’s not really clear 🤔
Did you print your photo on standard printer paper? If you printed on anything heavier than 20lb it will be difficult to remove the paper completely

Helpful! but do you purposely set your camera to only focus on your face? All the images are soft and out of focus?
Not purposely but I kept the default setting my software came with since I liked it 👍
