Hey there. Well first off, you guys are going to have an awesome time. The food we thought, was good. Had so much fun, this is all I remember...lol.. So, the Japanese Restaurant - you don't need a reservation but for Hibachi, you do. Reservation for the Italian, but you're fine if they're not too crowded. If you're planning on going on an excursion it's more expensive booking through the hotel, cheaper to book before getting there via another source.
