    for people who's curious about the packaging, i recently applied for warranty claim and i packed it inside a 2 rupees envelope (only the earphone) wrote my address, phone number and complain ticket number, for security i wrapped the whole envelope with transparent tape.

      @KBT The delivery guy just took it, he didn't say anything, i didn't have any box so i just packed it like i mentioned above although in the email they mentioned to pack in a small box, there was no issue and i already got my replacement

    I understood all procedure, but one simple question, do we have to do good Packaging like we do for courier or just hand over earphone without package? I have their box, I can return earphone in box but i don't like to do Packaging.

    Sir mene product liya tha boAt stone 1400 mini 10 din baad power button dhang se kam nahi kar rha tha to replacement kiya to ek ganda sanda used product de gye ab dobara kiya to wahan se dispatch ho gya hai delhivery courier service se mode of pavement prepaid dikha rha but rupee 1493₹ dikha rha last time bhi yahi likha tha to refurbished product aaya iss baar bhi lagta hai refurbished aayega 😭
    I hardly used my product for 10 days 💔😭

      According to the policy you have to return only product not the accessories but in case you have returned all ,you will get a brand new product but not the old accessories

    Bhai maine replacement ke liye kiya dlvry boy aake le bhi gya product but uske jaate hi ek min baad mail aya ki your replacement req. Cancalled by dlvry boy.....yar ye kya hai hume blkl samajh nahi aa rha.😕

    Bhai meni complain registration 15 may ko ki thii or 17 may ko Mera product Chala Gaya . Ajj pura 45 days ho gai . Product ka koi pata nhi hi. Costumer si baat krta hu 3 din ki baad update mil jaygi bolta hi . Please Bhai help me .
