Thank you for your videos Sir. They are really helpful. One question, why did you add "gender" in the command pwcorr ? I thought pwcorr calculated the Pearson coefficient, so I thought that there was no point on adding a categorical variable in this command.

Gender is a binary variable. When correlated with a continuous variable the correlation takes the form of a point - biserial correlation.
