Those hair clips do snag hair but a dab of clear nail varnish just on the snaggy bit stops that issue. Those clips handy for holding a hem whilst sewing also.

Please please get loads of nice veg when reduced (not broccoli), cut it up small ish, season it then air fry it in bulk. Instant roastveg. When cold you can bag up and freeze in portions for yourself when Izzy moves out. Then just microwave a portion when you need it

If you’re ever looking for a substitute that does a little better on the iron front, I did a little research at the start of this year and Beyond meat (comes as mince, burgers, sausages and, I believe, meatballs) provides around 20% of daily iron recommendations. I’ve not tried the sausages or meatballs, but the burgers are great as a treat, and the mince works well for a fake meat lasagne

With the pomegranate seeds I would either serve them in a salad with cheese and tomatoes, or if they are too sour, boil them down and add to salad dressings, or use as a chutney/jam/spread and you can sweeten it with sugar. Maybe just boil them down and at least they are gone whatever the end result. could be a syrup for ice cream I suppose
