For anyone who found this video now and you're wondering if this actually works, yes it does. I have three of them in total and it's very simple and it does work. It isn't COMPLETELY perfect for me tho, when I make it there are always some bits of slush that are more frozen so its hard to chew it but mostly it's slush just some tiny hard bits. I also tried ice cold water in this and of course that wont be delicious as with soda or something but I love it, it's not unhealthy if you use water and it's like eating snow but you know 100% its safe to eat it
Try to put your sefenup because I tried it and it’s so yummy like to try it just please I need to just show you the video because I didn’t know. When did I buy my slushy maker maybe in 2017?
I love mine and it works great, and carbonated drinks work especially well. But what doesn't work as well is a zero calorie no sugar soda, l just tried and it's not very good. It freezes, but it freezes hard to really a slushy. I guess that sugar lubricates so to speak, cause a regular soft drink and zero calorie is like night and day.
Good to know, I drink sparkling ice and wanted to try this for frozen lemonade
Tried this with nitro infused cold brew coffee to make an iced frappuccino but it didn't slush up. Could be the nitrogen?

I just got the same cup today and can’t wait to try it out, it does say to screw the lid on the top, not to snap it into place.

i have a cup that does the same job but it uses silicone cubes that have salt water in them. You plop those in there from the freezer, close the cap and shake it around to make a slushy. I don't have those cubes anymore and i wish i knew where I can get them.
Technically it is a slushie, but it doesn't look like a good slushie. my hamilton beach icy treats slushie maker makes real slushies. i think that i bought it on ebay for $30 and i understand if people cant afford it.
