These are great ideas. I know where you can't go wrong in Uganda is hair stylists, make up artists and massage therapy or beauty Spa's are becoming very popular. Im Ugandan too but I agree, we need to change things up for sure especially in the area of factories and making products within to avoid exporting.
It's always nice to watch your video " Home Depot kind of stores are good but very often the little mum and pap shops end-up closing small run businesses have helped a lot of families I'm a Uganda living in Australia and I've seen how big stores have taken over small family shops.
Like yo attitude guys of encouraging more businesses to come to ug..companies out there are missing out on the big opportunities available..only listening to the wrong negative information out there👌🏿

In general electricity is there. It's not like in the states where no matter where you go there's unlimited electricity but in most places you will never have to worry about electricity. But it doesn't hurt to have a few solar panels

Depending on what products you will be fine. So in general you will find what you need. It just takes a while to find it
And as far as starting a restaurant do you think people are open to other ethnic foods ?

What is it like there. What's the crime rate like ?
Very low. Most crime is petty crime.

Gym is not a good business to start in Africa simply because majority of people in Africa are so poor to afford gym membership.
I get it. But the gyms aren't for everybody kind of like country clubs
@@AfricaEverAfter Gyms can only work in rich neighborhoods.
