Yes they do, nobody cares about them. It's really sad situation
Ive always said that as important as they are, their job is to make the artist look like a genius and they stay behind the scenes. People want the idea their favorite artist is a genius, not "my artist sang it but the engineer made it." That just doesnt fit well.
@Kyle Corbett but not giving them good credits isn't gonna help

That's the audio engineer, not a producer.
ZariisOfficial Wrong, what you are referring to is a sound engineer, commonly known as the sound guy. An audio engineer works mainly in studio getting the sounds that the producer is after, because an audio engineer specializes in the gear and audio equipment.
@@zariisofficial Snoke and Balex are more correct here. That dude in the back is *Charles Moniz* , the *Recording Engineer* for *24K Magic* Album. He helps the producer and/or in this case Artist with shaping the overall sound of an album. Be it different microphones, keyboards, synths, etc. They don't exclusively produce, they mostly improve/assist with the sound. They probably _can_ but it's not their job (don't quote me on it).
Also, get off your high horse it's honestly embarassing. Just correct them and provide a source, no need to get smart with playground insults over the internet.
@@zariisofficial Hey man, theres a difference between producers and engineers , yes audio engineers do live sounds, but theres are also audio engineers that mix the tracks before it goes for mastering and these audio engineers works in the studio, though there are times a producer knows how to mix and thus doesnt need an audio engineer. The producer does the music part of the song, adding instruments, layerings etc while the audio engineer focus balancing the track made by the producer making sure the big and small elements blend well together and a lot more work to make it sound good. The audio engineer doesnt interfere with how the song is arrange as his responsibility is to make the instruments and vocals balancd and stuff like that. Hope this help man!
ZariisOfficial Audio Engineers are in the studio, dude. They engineer the session. Producers run the session and help manage budget, time, and help with creativity in music. Studio engineers are a thing.
@@zariisofficial no he's right. Especially at his level I wouldn't be surprised he can have more than one person for each part of making the song. A singer, rapper, producer, mixer/masterer and there u go. Some people can do it all themselves but if you're really good at each of your parts its quicker and more efficient!

I KNOW!
When they heard that beat a thousand times and still trying to act like its a new beat lol
I got so caught up in Bruno’s charm I completely forgot I came here to see a homicidal producer until I read the comments and had to rewatch to find him
Bruno Mars producer be like: 0:02
I forgot the title of this video and then was like "whoa, what's the deal with that creepy dude in the background".
When the reporter said "and then?" I melted
Seems like the sound engineer is not having chill😂😂😂
because nobody is never ever going to be mean to my sweet bruno mars
editor fucking 3rd wheeling like a champ

Engineer in the background: "Kill me"
I'm so mad that the title of this labels that guy as a producer when he's clearly an engineer. Everything about him, that's the look of an engineer!
That’s actually a natural state of the wild sound engineer called “brain shleep”
Where the combined repetition of hearing the last 4 bars over and over again and listening to the artist repeatedly ask “Lemme punch in right there” for the last 7 hours puts the brain completely to bed and muscle memory takes over.
Also, bruno definitely got it that night
Ha that dude is going "muthaf I played and wrote all that shit. . "
Producer: this aint the bruno mars i know this bruno saturn
I love how the cameraman so deliberately focuses on the producer's face
I love Brunos sound: all the best derivative sounds of the 70s and 80s. Kool & the Gang should sue 😆
Well, bruno is just standing there, taking credit for everything he does xD
He’s a mixer..
