The only thing I'm worried about if they do a remake is taking out rival marriages. That's one of the best parts of the game in my opinion, so if it were taken out it would be a dealbreaker for me.
Will Switch have a good Story of Seasons game? Cause I don't really like harvest moon and story of seasons games on 3ds, except Rune Factory 4, that is exceptional.. I need a good quality one like Animal Parade, with lots of good bachelors/bachelorettes, and more difficult farming method lol coz they made it easier from time to time :( like, how can you pick up and move buildings with your hands lol Story of Seasons Trio of Town isn't bad, but I know they can do better If Animal Parade gets remake for switch without lags and with improved graphics quality I'll definitely buy it and re-marry Chase and Toby again hahaha
I do miss the rival marriages and stuff. And I'm curious if they will be remakimg thr games or release any new ones. Besides the glitches and horrible loading screen, Animal Parade really a great game. I know that Rune Factory 4 will be on the Switch. As well the RF5, which I'm very excited.
Hello :) Sorry this is two years late, but if you’re still curious after all this time, the appearance of your in-game children can only influenced by which bachelor/bachelorette you marry, not your player’s eye and hair color. The girl shown in your timestamp can be obtained by marrying Candace only, hence her matching indigo hair. As general advice, if you’d like to have children that have an appearance similar to your player, I’d go for marrying a townsperson who shares physical similarities to your player (like Renee for the male player or Chase for the female player). The children are meant to be based off of your spouse only, but you can strategically choose who you marry to get similar-looking children. There is one exception to this rule though, and that’s if a female player marries Calvin. I did a little research, and it seems that the children you can have after marrying Calvin match the default templates used for the game and are therefore based off of your player’s appearance; Calvin gives an older daughter and younger son (the son shown in the timestamp) that look like the male player, along with an older son and younger daughter that look like the female player. So, if you’re a female player, I would consider marrying Calvin. You can only have two children though-one older son/daughter and one younger son/daughter-and I believe the results you get aren’t anything you can guarantee. There are also pictures online that show you what children you can get if you marry certain bachelor/bachelorettes, so if you really want to pre-determine the appearance of your children, you can take a look at those online results and choose a townsperson based on what children look the best to you. I loved this game growing up, I’m crossing my fingers that this is the next Story of Seasons remake that they make.
