Wow, this anime speedart is so mesmerizing! I love how the artist starts with a rough sketch to map out the basic shapes and proportions, and then gradually refines the details with confident strokes. The way they use different brush sizes and opacity levels to create depth and texture is impressive too. And the color palette they chose really captures the mood and style of the anime. It's fascinating to see how a whole character or scene can come to life in just a few minutes of time-lapse footage. Hats off to the talented artist behind this amazing speedart!
I really love the art and the story line of Oshi no ko, It captivated what happens to the idols behind the scenes of society..It's also heart breaking to see that actual people also do these things, I'm very happy to see an Anime that captures the aspects of the entertainment industries
I don’t think I’ve ever learned so much in such a small amount of time. This woman is incredible, being able to draw such amazing pieces in less than 30 minutes, if I recall correctly. Thank you.

imagine this back in the days when every frame was hand drawn, and there wasn't any computer software to move things around. anyway, a true masterpiece!
It was nice to see the process of drawing in the manga style. Its less complicated than I thought which makes it seem more achievable! It was also nice to see a pro with such a messy sketch. Too many pros have beautiful sketches which is intimidating.
I'm someone who's always liked to draw/sketch/paint and for a while I've been wanting to do digital artwork, but have always been rather intimidated about trying to do so. I've always thought that it'd be so different and that I'd never be as good as some people's work that I've seen online. After watching this video, I've realized that it's actually quite similar, and that my biggest challenge will probably be learning how to use the software itself. I don't usually say this about many things, but thank you for your inspiring video.
There’s definitely a learning curve and digital is quite different from traditional art, but once you get used to it the convenience of the tools available is amazing. don’t get discouraged because it’s hard in the beginning! like how if you’re only used using acrylics, learning to use water colours, markers, coloured pencils or another new medium will have a time period where you’re still adjusting and trying to figure it out. if, at first, the art isn’t turning out as good as your traditional art, it’s not because you’re bad, you’re just adjusting to the new medium. you’ll improve and eventually push past that initial hurdle, just like when learning any new medium of art.
Personally i might would have to say kanna hirayama is more impressive but thats probably my bias for the anime art style and also just because of her speed and skill
Been watching the past few speedpaints that was posted before the anime aired, and only just realized this wasn't actually done by Mengo Yokoyari themself lol. Hirayama's style for the anime is just so close to Yokoyari's!
For the people asking what software she used to draw this, it is CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX/PRO.
Do you know what iPad she used and if she used a matte screen protector which one
Do you know what ios version she used if she used ios 16 which security version was it
