Step 1: Open "Adobe Premier Pro"
Step 2: Click on the "Edit" tab at the top Left
Step 3: Click on "Preferences" at the bottom of the "Edit" Tab
Step 4: Click on "Media" in the "Preference" window
Step 5: Wait for "Preference" window to Open
Step 6: Click on "Media Cache"
Step 7: Hover over to " Media Cache Data Base"
Step 8: Click on " Clean Unused"
Step 9: Save and exit program
Step 10: Enjoy what little Cache you think you just cleared
Step 11: Save your money and go buy more "Ram"
Also, this dude did us a solid. It's a pretty straight forward walk through.

@@fluke7506 this helped me for a little bit. But ultimately, i needed a fresh new install of windows and to just move on from adobe 2020.... I also think my CPU was the culprit, just not even processing power.

Optimizing the app for memory usage and not performance works for me. Also increasing RAM for other applications seems to do it for now

Like..... The steps to fix this is absolutley correct. Nothing wrong with the info! So in that way, good video!
The audio is absolutley horrible though. Do get a better mic, or even just turn down the gain, and you'll make much better videoes.

go to media cache tab at the preference window, at "media cache files" will apper a delete option, then it will show the "delete unused media cache files"
