A return trip to Gortin Glen Forest Park to climb to the summit of Curraghchosaly Mountain (416m). This was inspired by Billy Goat @Tiffer1989 who suggested it in a comment on my video of Mullaghcarn just across the Glen. It was a perfect day for walking and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the less visited side of the Forest Park.

Looks like you got the perfect day for a day off work Niall! The drone shots really showed of the colour of those hills in the low winter sun. Brilliant!

I love this kind of cold, clear weather and it's back again now too 👌

Hi Niall. You got a cracking day for you hike. Lovely drone shots of the landscape 👍. Some of those trees are huge 😮. Nice sculptures as well. You found a nice spot for your cuppa. All the best.

Hi (Croaghan) Niall, great to see you again, thanks to @Walkwatchers. Hope you are keeping well. Must catch up on the back catalogue. Have you done your geocache walk up Barnesmore Gap way? Enjoyed the day we did it…

Hey David. Good to see you again too 👌 I have a video of one side of the Gap (up to the mast) and half of the other side (Brown's Hill) but haven't been up to Croaghconnellagh for a long time. Maybe this year 🤞
