    Mio Dio ma quanto grasso riuscite a mandare giù? Quegli spiedini potrebbero anche essere buoni se all'interno non ci fosse tutto quel grasso.

      Quando si griglia la carne con grasso sul carbone, una parte del grasso viene eliminata e il piatto diventa più saporito. Questo aiuta a rendere la carne meno pesante e con un gusto più speciale. Grazie per aver condiviso il tuo parere!

      @@TayTayBac non crederai mica che qui in Europa non facciamo delle grigliate. Solo non usiamo carne così grassa. È vero che molto del grasso cola via. Ma è vero anche che voi usate carne molto grassa in tutti i tipi di cottura e per di più con aggiunta di olio. La vostra cucina è un ammazza-cuore per eccellenza. Non credo che abbiate una vita molto lunga.
