This young woman is really a wonderful cook. She should have her own restaurant! If she came to the U.S. to one of the big cities, I could see her running her own restaurant and making lots of people happy! She seems content there with her family and that's important. But her culinary skills are not to be denied.
The only reason she went back to her hometown and started making videos as a career was so that she'd be with her family. If she were willing to move away, she'd be a policewoman, which is what she trained for and what her career was.

No wonder you have a long and healthier life than us in Finland. Here we only eat the meat of the animal,even the membranes are cut away. The spices you use in your food would cost a lot here. However, I have taken a bit of a cue from your way of cooking. I grow chilies and herbs, I use ginger and garlic. Blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms grow in Finnish forests, and you can pick them freely. Fish is expensive here. Today I was amazed by the figs growing in the ground, how wonderful! Those fruits are like mini version of fig but sweeter than fig. Once you start eating, you cnt stop until it's over I ate it when I was young from our field. Btw seeing your video reminded me and my mom eating those fruits
