In this part of the world we believe building houses is what makes a city houses is just the list of it but sustainability such as environment like good road network pipe borne water electricity and neatness of the environment some of this estate are just an eyesore those are not estate but just a criminal and taking adventage of people who doesn't know their right and seeking to have a place to leave

I also think that our government need to look into all this estate developers not putting proper infrastructures in place like tarred roads and drainages.Also the buildings have the same design and colors.

This is not an estate please. It is just a settlement. There shouldn't be big private fences in an Estate. Also those muddy roads, bushy and dirty roads and cluttered electric poles everywhere. The only estate we have in Anambra state is the AMC in Awka and Acropolis residence resort OKIJA

@yangalife,thanks but,so far odera estate without the asphalting and walkways is second on my list.it has well planned layout on a table land close to the expressway. It appears that the same person own cornerstone Estate and this beautiful odera estate without the make-up. Awka capital city numerous estates are really well intended to booster the corporate mega-city status

The estate management should atleast interlock the roads and make the place look more liveable and accessible. Atleast with the levies being paid by the dwellers, they can do this
