I do pole dancing for excercise and I think I’ve pulled a muscled in my shoulder blade I have avoided excercise for the last 3 days it’s slightly swollen and hurts a bit but it has subsided on day 3 today but still not enough for me to attempt to use it. I got this asking how serious the injury is, is it usually mean it’s serious injury or something that will heal as normal if I continue to rest.
