The toggle you make at 18:30 has the punch holes in the wrong place on your pattern. The center holes are 47mm from the left holes and 35mm from the right holes. The bag itself has come out great but I had to re-cut and punch another toggle once I realised the middle holes were not in the center.
Nice pattern. I just finished making 3 for my nieces. I found it much easier to not attach the top flap until after sewing the front back and bottom together.
Thanks a lot for the free pattern ! I am a beginner and it's nice to have free pattern because the tools and leather are really expensive when you do not have a lot of money to put in your hobby ^^
Thank you Tony for introducing me to a fun and new hobby. I have purchased two patterns and hardware from your Etsy shop. Your free patterns are appreciated. And yes.....I am a subscriber.
Love these free patterns!!!! Everytime I make one of your patterns I always tell people that they came from you and to check out your videos and work. Keep up the amazing work Tony!!!
Wow, I must say, you put a lot of time and effort into these videos. Great instructions, guessing punching those holes will take a long time. Thanks for everything.
As always a beautifully crafted leather piece and video. Thank you for the free pattern. By the way mounting that press to a small board the can be claimed down to the edge of the table make it both moble and very stable for saving space or camera orientation in a work shop
Thank you Tony! Great Pattern! I've made 4-5 of yours in the past few weeks and I'm going to make this one this weekend! Thank you for all you do, this is an amazing free gift!
Thanks for another great pattern and video Tony. I sometimes watch videos on my phone, which can be difficult to type on. Right now it looks like 11people have done that and tapped the dislike button by mistake.
I like the hole punch that Tony uses. Where can we get the exact type for our use? I have gone to Amazon and other leather companies, but their punches are not the same. Thanks. Keep up the fantastic work.
Gathering supplies to make this fun bag! Two questions - what size oval punch do you use for the buckle? Also, are the Amazon leather hollow punches good quality? Do they hold up with many punches? Thanks 😊
What an absolutely adorable bag! It's perfect! Side note: Thanks for the warning about the spare rivets in the hardware kits. I'd be the yahoo wondering where the IKEA I'd gone wrong!
Stitching may not be as easy as using the 1.5mm, but the 1mm holes and 1mm thread definitely give it a cleaner look. You focus more on the stitching and barely perceive the holes.
One question: does the backpack fit a 21x27 cm tablet? I would like to buy the pattern but I need to know if my daughter's tablet fits, thank you. Ps. Very good job! Grazie
Bonjour, j'ai acheté le patron pour faire le grand modèle de ce sac. Je ne comprends pas les mesures anglaises "6 oz", es-ce que ça correspond à l'épaisseur du cuir? Combien cela fait en mm? Merci de votre réponse.

My first bag I ever made. Easy to do with Tony’s instruction.
Nice pattern. I just finished making 3 for my nieces. I found it much easier to not attach the top flap until after sewing the front back and bottom together.
This is going to be the perfect bag for my Granddaughter. she will love It!!!
My favorite leather guy on the internet! Thank you Tony!

I purchased this pdf its so easy and so pretty. Everything is laid out in the pdf you cant make a mistake on Tonys patterns!
Wow, I must say, you put a lot of time and effort into these videos. Great instructions, guessing punching those holes will take a long time. Thanks for everything.
I made this bag last night. I think each of the buckle straps should have a keeper so my next one will include this modification. 👍

Just got this pattern and looking forward to making the bag, thank you for the great tutorial.
Thanks Tony! I find watching you make things very relaxing
Thank you so much. I am going to make one for my sister in law and my mum for Christmas.
I see numerous bags for the granddaughters. They will love them.
Me too! they're going to love it.
I have a smaller set of needles for 1mm holes when using 1mm thread. They are more difficult to thread (kinda) but stitching with them is easier.
Another great project to add to my list
same here, just need the materials and tools XD (already purchased a plague doctor mask long while ago)
Thanks for the video up-load, and PDF down-load. 😊
I love this design. It’s so adorable. I made 2 bags stay. Thanks 👍👍👍
You are allways so generous whit us. I love every leather work you do, hope one day be at least half as good you are, Saludos desde Argentina 🇦🇷
I didn't see how you finished the drawstring straps, were they knotted in the back or sewn to the back? Thanks Sam

Cool bag, it will be great for my teenage daughter. Thank you for sharing the free pattern.

Cute bag! Thanks for the pattern, too. Very much appreciated.
I like the hole punch that Tony uses. Where can we get the exact type for our use? I have gone to Amazon and other leather companies, but their punches are not the same. Thanks. Keep up the fantastic work.
The leather you used for the bag is beautiful. Mind share the name of the leather and where can I buy it?
Gathering supplies to make this fun bag! Two questions - what size oval punch do you use for the buckle? Also, are the Amazon leather hollow punches good quality? Do they hold up with many punches? Thanks 😊
Great video tutorial as usual..just glad it was some hideous ball cap..lol..

The hole punch you have listed doesn't look like the one you used? Did you get a NEW hole punch? I like the look of it. Is there a US link?
If its the 1.5mm punch, I got a really cheap one off amazon uk, it was a 2 pack of small punches for about £2, and worked a treat.
@@clairewelsman1489 it's the punch Tony just covered in his latest video review
You are amazing! Thanks for sharing!
love the design

the buckles you use are different to the ones in your hardware pack for this bag. where can i get some like you used on this bag please?

Thanks, Tony!
Is there an option to add shoulder straps like a back pack? My daughter likes to carry bags on her back versus her shoulder on either side. Thanks 😊

Tony, tell us about your new mallet!

when you install the belt buckle with the two rivets should a small loop be added between the two rivets? I did.
