That thousand year-period when Satan is confined is called Judgment Day where Jesus Christ will judge those living and also the resurrected ones. With Satan in the pit, by the end of the thousand years mankind will have reached perfection. Currently, we have inherited sin, so cannot help but sin, so Satan will be let loose to test us as perfect human beings, just as Adam, Eve and Jesus were when they were tested by Satan. God's heavenly kingdom with Jesus as King, along with a "little flock" (Luke 12:32), which includes his disciples, (John 14: 2-4). will rule over the earth for the thousand years, and, upon Satan and his followers destruction, paradise/Eden with perfect peaceful humans will be restored (Psalm 37:29).

No; beause the former covenant/the Mosaic Law had no such provision. I remember the Bible my Mom had when i was very young. It had a "picture of Jesus" on the front. At age 5... I thought it was Him. Mom took my brother and me to church til someone laughed at my brother trying to get up the steps. He was so little and cute. Even not growing up in church, it never occurred to me that there were people who didn't believe in God. Now, at 66, i see so many who don't. God has put on my heart that we are way past worrying what people will think/say about our relationship with Jesus. I pray ppl stop listening to the mega church pastors. David Jeremiah is one of very very few big name that seems to STILL preach the correct gospel 🙏 if you have a pastor that preaches about “sewing seed” or “giving” or “tithing” for every sermon or nearly all then you should find a better pastor.

I love Jeremiah, but when he talked of the millennium, he said OUR sinful nature, etc... He needed to clarify IT'S THE Mortal people children who are born mortal throughout the 1000s years who will be tempted when Satan is released from the abyss. It won't be the resurrected believers since we are not in a mortal body ( believers are immortal, no longer tempted for sin).
Sounds right, but how can they be tempted by Satan during the millennium when he is bound that entire time? Also, how can the raptured saints (we will be changed) who have first spent seven years in Heaven, come to earth with Jesus at the second coming and still have sinful natures??

Dr. Jeremiah is a faithful servant of Lord Jesus, and we pray for him and all those true Christian Pastors in Jesus' Church. But the statement "We have sinful natures, don't we!" Is NOT accurate IF we have been born again thru faith in Jesus as Lord AND Savior. The sinful nature we have at birth was crucified on the Cross with Jesus for all who are born again. We are given God's Holy Nature and are no longer slaves to sin, but slaves to Christ. We are given everything we need to not sin again - although no one other than Jesus is 100% successful at living that way. But now it's our choice when we sin.
Revelation 11, The dead are raised, it says. Revelation 1:7 he comes in the clouds. Revelation 19:1-7 The bride is in heaven. Revelation :11-21 He comes on the white horse eyes flaming fire, and his clothing was as a vesture dripping with blood, war, the wrath. We see the bride is in heaven 19:1-7, and then the Revelation 19:11-21 white horse rider after that. All happens in the last Trumpet, the 7th trumpet.
