I am 52 and medicine looks like a pharmacy. I guess none of us think we will get older and have all the health issues. It is painful and can be fearful no matter how much I try to hold on to faith in Jesus. However I know for certain there is a day coming where all sickness will end and no more pain. We will live with Jesus forever with new bodies!!! Amen Jesus come soon!
Take care of your body. The sooner the better. Be mindful of what you put into your mouth. Food is medicine. Drink plain water frequently throughout the day. Avoid refined sugar at all costs. And on and on and on.
