Taking too many fish will leave none for tomorrow, the ocean must be respected. You guys were just shooting anything that moves and come back the next day to do the same. Spearfishing is not about ego, it is about sustainability.

Thanks for the comment. But I firmly believe QLD fisheries has done a great job to regulate the fish quantity limit and size limit to make sure we have a sustainable future. We strictly followed all the rules and we are a big group to share the catch. Fish not our target or undersize or protected we never touch - how rude you said we shot everything moves. Respect what you said but disagree.

@ozfanbu truth is it becomes a self preservation thing where if people take too many too often it becomes too much competition to survive for people like myself who live mostly off the land. It is easy to see how people long ago became enemies as l see alot of heroes catching more than they need to try to impress others.
Over the years l have seen my own impact, being so easy to fish out a place and because of this l try to also give back. Care about the oceans and they'll take care of you when you need it most.
