Hello Tiffany, First, I am so sorry for the late reply, there is no excuse for this. Personally, I have never been able to get the accompanying software to work, so instead I use streamlabs obs to record my gameplay and for streaming. However even on streamlabs obs, the audio is slightly delayed. I am not currently at my computer, but when I get on it, I will write the instructions here for you. I am sorry that this isn't more helpful, please feel free to comment with any other queries you have. Vickiie
Okay, I am on Streamlabs OBS right now. To get audio from the Nintendo Switch to you Streamlabs obs program you need to: - Open Streamlabs OBS - Create a scene - Add your capture device - Sources -> '+' (Add a new source) -> Click Video Capture device -> Add source -> Add a New Source Instead -> Name the source (whatever is best for you) -> Add source -> Change Device to 'Game Capture HD60 S+' -> Scroll to the bottom and click on Audio Output Mode -> Choose 'Output Desktop Audio (Directsound) -> Then click done and you should be ready to go. Let me know if you need anymore help. Vickiie
there is another option you can do. If you have your switch connected to the HD60S+ you can add a new audio input capture and select the digital audio interface(game capture HD60S+) as the input and then the sound should be coming through your streamlabs obs you can play with the delay if you want to make sure they sync up
Thx a lot very helpful
