Dr. E, I totally agree with all your 5 steps, especially with practice, practice, practice ng paulit-ulit. I too am an average kid and had a bachelors degree in Fine Arts from UST, during graduate school I had 2 math tutors sa Ateneo GSB 1 summa and 1 magna, I practiced every day after class for >600 hrs of deliberate practice, suffice to say that I graduated from AGSB and DLSU. Today I teach Finance and Financial Management in the undergrad and masters level. Pag nandun ka na walang atrasan, pag bumagsak, ulit lang wag ssuko.

I used to be an average student pagdating sa mathematics. Noong grade six ako, ayaw sumali ng ibang mga matatalino kong kaklase sa math contest, kaya napili ako bilang 3rd contestant for MTAP( the math contest i was talking about). Doon naranasan kong magreview ng math after class. Minsan nga ineexcuse pa kami sa class para mag aral lang ng math for the whole day. Pero dahil nga average student lang ako, ayun medyo tanga pa rin hahahaha. Ako yung tipong magttrial and error palagi para makuha yung tamang sagot sa mga problems na may proper and easier solutions naman. Tapos terror pa yung coach namin kaya feeling ko mas lamang yung takot ko during review namin for math kesa sa mga natututunan ko. Then high school came. Grade 7, nagsilipatan sa Pisay karamihan sa matatalino saamin. Kaya ayun swerte, math contestant ulit ako. Factor na rin sa teacher namin yung contestant din ako the past year (kahit talo ako hahahaha ako yung na-eliminate sa elimination round). Tapos grabe yung review namin dito. After class at 5pm, didiretso kaming mga math contestants mula grade 7-10 sa library para magreview. Hanggang 7pm kami nag aaral, minsan nga hanggang 8pm pa. Pero you know what? It's all worth it. Dito namin natutunang mahalin ang mathematics. I forgot pang ilang tip sa video na ito yun, pero ang sabi ay surround yourself with people good at math. As in dito, kung natatakot man kami sa teacher, pwede kaming magtanong sa mga ate at kuya namin na magagaling sa math. Tapos yung tip din na paulit-ulit mong sagutan until magets mo yung concept? Legit yun guys promise. Magugulat ka na lang na kaya mo rin palang i-apply sa ibang problems yun. Until maging flexible ka na sa math, mapapa-wow ka na lang sa sarili mo. Ang haba na pala nito hahahaha pero sa mga below average at average student lang din na katulad ko, you might hate math at first pero once na may maintindihan na kayo sa math at nasstart niyo nang masolve yung mga problems, matutuwa kayo promise. Sobrang sarap sa feeling. Sobrang fulfilling. Mapapasabi na lang kayo ng "ay mas gusto ko pang gumaling sa math." Tapos iyan, pag naramdaman niyo na yan, diyan na magsstart mawala pagkahate niyo sa math hahahaha. You'll fall in love in it at mas pagsisikapan niyo pang matuto. That's what happened to me. I hope na you don't lose hope on learning math. Masaya talaga promise hahahaha and this comes from a student na minsang naging most hated subject ang math. :)

You may think na sinasabi ko lang ito kasi teacher na ako, pero I was a struggling math student all throughout HS at college. pero mas malakas ang kagustuhan kong makatapos kaya nairaos ko ang math... hindi lang nairaos, ito na din ang bumubuhay sa akin at sa family ko. Kaya keep on fighting. mas masarap namnamin ang tagumpay pag nilampaso ka ng pagsubok bago mo makuha ang pangarap mo.

Hi, silent fan nyo po ako sir since January nag pop up randomly yung videos nyo. And now I'm scrolling sa TH-cam for some motivation. Context, I was good at math back then elementary and high school, and 100% proven yung friends circle you influences you and little sacrifice comes with reward, delayed gratification ika nga nila. But now I'm a first year Statistics Major sa isang State University. I know I'm capable at problem solving skills, but nawalan ako ng motivation because of some factors like family and academic drive. The only way out para masolve mo yung problem is to read back past lessons, practice it, you can eat it everyday (not literally hahaha) and then mapapansin mo na lang yung reflex mo on solving maths is gumagaling na Thank you sir numberbender and sa mga teachers na tulad niyo on influencing students to love math with their heart and soul.
may bias talaga ako sa mga taong nagmamajor sa math (or stats) kaya mabuhay ka at salamat sa pagaabala mo na bigyan ako ng inspiring shoutout. just speaking from my experience, noong 18yo pa ako at naguumpisang sampalin ng katotohanan na hindi ako gifted sa math, inilaban ko pa rin ang pangarap kong makatapos at yun ang naging motivation ko para hindi makickout ng tuluyan sa DLSU. Dito ko narealize na iba-iba talaga ang development ng utak ng tao... Naappreciate ko lang at natutunan ang language of mathematics ng magumpisa na akong magturo at kumuha ng graduate degrees sa math. hindi pa rin ako maitutulad sa mga brilliant mathematicians tulad ng mga professors ko noon, pero alam ko na "gets" ko na ang math. kaya laban lang. kung ang pangarap mo ay matapos ang degree mo sa stats, then just go for it. you are young and take advantage of your youth. You are allowed to experience frustrations and unexpected turns sa pag aaral mo dahil yan ang magpapatibay at maghahanda sa yo sa future mo. The feeling is mutual since I am also a computer science student and I really don't have any idea that taking BSCS means engaging in mathematics also. During my college years I've thought of shifting a course since I struggled in Math and programming as well. Mathematics is the subject I hated the most since elementary but now I am a Mathematics major and soon to take the board exam. 🙏 I believe that God led me here so I can be motivated so thanks much for this video sir!

Then saka ko sya uuliting sagutan sa haus... Pag exam na a week prior sa araw ng exam ngccmula na ako mag aral... Hndi lang ako sa matalino tumatabi... Kinakaibigan ko din ung masipag magsulat kasi nakiki xerox ako... Hahaha... Kasi tamad ako magsulat. Nanunuod din ako ng calculus lessons sa youtube kasi ang prof ko parang hinahabol ng kabayo sa pagtuturo at ang mga kaklase ko parang halimaw sa math... At hndi ako bumagsak!!!yehey! Kasi sa isang buong klase kalahati ang inc... Hahaha...

Im planning to take up engineering in college but Im having second thoughts simply because I suck at math. Im trying to look for inspirational videos and those that give tips and tricks to survive at math to somehow convince myself that I can do it if only I try to go the extra mile of studying. Ako dati puro bagsak ako sa math nung 1st year kumuha pa ko special exam para makapasa. Nung 2nd year naman Teacher ko pinahiya pa ko sa klase baba daw ng grades ko. Ang hirap talaga ng math di kasi basta2× yan di katulad ng ibang exam kelangan magmemmrize ka lang kapag may enumeration yung iba multiple choice lang diba andali. 😁👍.Pero kapag math exam kelangan magaling ka sa arithmetic kaylangan may alam ka din sa basic english terms, kaylangan mo din malaman yung mga mathematical terms, tapos kapag sasagot ka sa exam kaylangan mo ng solution tapos i chechek mo pa yan. Kaya dun ako nagsimulang mag aral ng math at yun ang naging motivation ko. Dpat iwasan nyo masamang barkada dapat focus ka tlaga. Yung mga law wag mong kakalimutan kgaya ng MDAS. 3rd year hs. Nag to top na ko sa klase sa math tapos top 1 pa ko sa klase ng lahat ng subject. Di na ako nagdududa kc nag aaral ako walang tv radyo lang talaga libangan ko. Tapos di ako nagkakape at pancit canton. Tinangal ko muna mga yan. Sa halip gatas ang tinitira ko bago matulog ha. Wag ka iinum ng gatas bago pumasok baka antukin ka.😁👍 4th highskul top na ko sa math wala ng makapigil sa kin mataas na masyado confidence ko sa mga sagot ko. Ganito style ko. Yung mga workbook binabasa at sinasagutan ko na agad bago pa ituro samin. Bibigyan naman kami ng teacher kung anung exercises ang pag aaralan namin next meeting. E halos pareho lang naman ang math ng 1st to 4th year hs. Basta mag praktise lang kayo. At advance reading. Kung anu yung pinag aralan nyo ng grading period. Yun ang la labas sa exam kaya mag redi kayo. Ako na lagi pinapachek ng papel ng teacher namin nung 4th year ako din una natatapos kapag quizes. Ipapasa ko agad sa teacher ko pag tapos na ako. Sikat ako no? Damot ko magpakopya, yabang!😁👍 Pagdating ng 1year college nagharap kami ni Algebra. Haha mas complicado sya at mahahaba ang equation pero kinaya kopa dn mga panu sagutin. Tandaan nyo formula, mga law of equation wag nyo kalimutan. Dapat magaling kayo pa square root, cube roots and so on. Yung mga mathematical term like the sum the product, greater than less than etc. Wag kayo matakot sa abc xyz mga panggulo lang yun. Yung title ng topic wag nyo kalimutan. Paturo kayo sa matatalino bka may ibang tips pa cla s inyo. Madalang ako magpaturo sa kuya ko section 1 kc un nung hs. Heto ang pinaka useful Merong libro sa Algebra na may sagot ang mga odd numbers ng mga exescises pero walang solution iyon maki kita mo un sa pinaka likod ng Libro. At yun ang librong bilhin mo. Sa mga topic mag advance reading kayo kasi pinapakita dun kung pano isolve ang problem yan ang makakatulong sayo kung pano ka makakagawa ng solution at cheking to follow na lang si mam o sir kung yun na ang lesson nyo next day para maging mas klaro sa inyo ang topic. Tapos ginawa ko examples 1-20 ng exercises sinasasagutan ko at may solution pa masyadong matakaw sa oras pero worth it naman, kung maglaman mo tama sag0t mo. Ini isip ko lang nun parang walang pagkakaiba un sa crosword puzzle kya halos ginawa kong libangan pag sagot ng equation practise pa more!! 😁👍 So makikita ko na tama ang sagot ko sa likod ng libro mga odd numbers may solution na ako kpag naperfect ko odd numbers, di na ako duda na tama sagot ko sa even numbers. At for sure yun ang ibibigay na Quiz ng sir ko for the next day alam ko kc bgo nya kami idismis sa klase sinasabi nya agad kung anu lesson namin for the next day kaya advance reading at solving agad ako. Ganito routine ko everyday: pasok sa umaga gcng 7:30am pasok ko kc 9:30am-12:30. Pag uwi ko 1:30pm kain, inum gatas at vitamis enervon C😁👍 pag pahinga ng konti sabay tulog pag gcng ko mga 4pm na kya ligo napara fresh. Sa gabi aral math solve2× na naman everynight inaabot ako 1hr-2hrs, nkadapa ako kung mag aral wala ako kc study table kaya subsob talaga ako sa notes ko.😂👍 Quantitative Tech, Algebra, Elementary Statistics Top ako palagi mapa quiz o exam. Yung statistic putcha dami formula need to memorize sakit sa utak. Maperfect o ndi ok na. 1.5 or 95% grades ko ok na ganun tlaga minsan kahit gusto mo maperfect di pa dn kaya. Focus ka lagi ung mga lecture wag mo kakalimutan wag ka aabsent bka may topic kang mapabayaan. Minsan kc di mo magegets ung turo ng libro prof mo lang makakapaglinaw sa iyo. Ang dami kong matatalinong kaibigan dahil sa math halos 3rdHs - 2nd college lapitin ako ng mga kaibigan pati magaganda kong clasmate may gusto sakin mga chicks. (Gustong magtanong lang pala LoL!😁👍) Magdasal ka dn kada gabi na sana madali mo mapick up mga tinuturo sa inyo. Gang dto nlang. Salamat.

Isa din ako mahina sa Math ang alam ko lang addition, sub, mul, division, at siguro Konting Intro sa Binary at Equation or Algebra pero yung pinaka Basic lang yun. Lahat ng Cover ng Math na hindi ko nabanggit hindi kona alam. Hahaha Graduate na ako ng 2yr sa College, EIM at CHS mga course ko simula HS at Col pero ang alam ko sa math pang elementary lang, at every period ng math siguro umaabsent ako at minsan present kapag wala tchr namin. Ayoko talaga ng Math... Pero after ko maranasan mag trabaho at naisip ko sarili ko kahit gaano ako ka sipag Nabibitin ako sa Sahod ko. 380 rate ko per day last yr sa SM pero wala naipon Hahaha at Puro inom inom lang. At ngayong 2019 Nasabi ko sa Sarili ko na Magaaral na ako ng Mabuti sa Math. Bukod sa Math, Mahina din ako sa English at Science. Kahit nga Technical Drawing bagsak pa ako Flat 5 kase tamad ako mag drawing at kahit yung major ko nung college may bagsak ako kase hindi ako nagaaral ng tama, kung baga parang lulubog lilitaw. At Ngayon 2019 Magaaral ulit ako Comp Tech course ko masasabi kong magaaral na ako ng mabuti dahil plano ko rin mag shift ng Bsit next yr kung papalarin or kung hindi man Ok na ako sa Comp Tech pero parangarap ko maging isang Programmer or Web Dev. Kaya yan gusto kona magaral talaga haha. At the same time Naglalaro din ako ng chess pero hindi magaling at wala din ako ratings pero mas gusto maglaro ng chess kesa magaral ng Math Dati. Pero ngayon mas gusto kona Sabay sabay or Mga Subjects muna unahin ko bago mga kalokohan. Kung Baga Mas gusto kona magaral bago gawin ang iba. Pero Proud ako at masaya din naman ako dati sa life ko kahit wala masyado natutunan, nakakapasa pa naman kahit puro kalokohan. Nasanay na sa Pasang Awa hahaha. Sabi nga ng iba hindi naman daw kelangan maging magaling mga minor subjects basta sa Major mo solid ka. Ang Kaso After ko maranasan Hirap ng Provincial rate or kahit Manila Rate pa. Talagang mahirap talaga hahaha. Kaya kayo magaral kayo ng mabuti habang may oras pa habang may nagpapaaral sainyo magaral lang kayo. Kahit Mahirapan Try lang ng Try. Hehehe
Bro as of now...Same tayo 1st year college na ako ngayon...and ang course ko BSIT...dati kase nung g10 ako akala ko wala ng math pag college ..but then i was wrong.. 😭😭 Medyo natatakot akong bumagsak ...kase mataas ang expectation ng magulang ko...gusto ko sana magbago at alisin lahat ng bisyo ko..pero ang hirap..gusto kong mag aral ng mabuti but i can't sobrang bobo ko sa MATH ..pero magaling ako sa english...Math lang talaga...yan yung sisira ng kinabukasan ko..nasanay kase ako sa laging "75" ang grade but i know sa college di pwede yun...sobrang natatakot na talaga...ako😭😭😭😭

I have math anxiety and this helped me so much. Talagang simula high school iniiwasan ko siya. Kumuha ako ng course na walang math na involved at sa tuwing nagpapatulong yung mga kapatid ko sa project, lahat kaya kong itulong talaga pero alam nilang EXCEPT math kahit super basic math pa yan, hindi ko gagawin. Dahil nga takot ako. Upon watching this video, i realized kung bakit nauwi ako sa ganito. Ginagawa ko lahat ng mga "don'ts" na advice mo and iniiwasan ko yung mga "do's". I just want to share, when I took the Let 3 years ago I was doubting myself to pass cause I am really afraid in Math items luckily I passed and I practiced a lot months before the exam. Now I am preparing to the the civil service exam bacause I wanted to prove to myself that I can really overcome my fears again and as well as to not validate myself anymore. Dr. E, I totally agree with all your 5 steps, especially with practice, practice, practice ng paulit-ulit. I too am an average kid and had a bachelors degree in Fine Arts from UST, during graduate school I had 2 math tutors sa Ateneo GSB 1 summa and 1 magna, I practiced every day after class for >600 hrs of deliberate practice, suffice to say that I graduated from AGSB and DLSU. Today I teach Finance and Financial Management in the undergrad and masters level. Pag nandun ka na walang atrasan, pag bumagsak, ulit lang wag ssuko.

I used to be an average student pagdating sa mathematics. Noong grade six ako, ayaw sumali ng ibang mga matatalino kong kaklase sa math contest, kaya napili ako bilang 3rd contestant for MTAP( the math contest i was talking about). Doon naranasan kong magreview ng math after class. Minsan nga ineexcuse pa kami sa class para mag aral lang ng math for the whole day. Pero dahil nga average student lang ako, ayun medyo tanga pa rin hahahaha. Ako yung tipong magttrial and error palagi para makuha yung tamang sagot sa mga problems na may proper and easier solutions naman. Tapos terror pa yung coach namin kaya feeling ko mas lamang yung takot ko during review namin for math kesa sa mga natututunan ko.
Then high school came. Grade 7, nagsilipatan sa Pisay karamihan sa matatalino saamin. Kaya ayun swerte, math contestant ulit ako. Factor na rin sa teacher namin yung contestant din ako the past year (kahit talo ako hahahaha ako yung na-eliminate sa elimination round). Tapos grabe yung review namin dito. After class at 5pm, didiretso kaming mga math contestants mula grade 7-10 sa library para magreview. Hanggang 7pm kami nag aaral, minsan nga hanggang 8pm pa. Pero you know what? It's all worth it. Dito namin natutunang mahalin ang mathematics.
I forgot pang ilang tip sa video na ito yun, pero ang sabi ay surround yourself with people good at math. As in dito, kung natatakot man kami sa teacher, pwede kaming magtanong sa mga ate at kuya namin na magagaling sa math. Tapos yung tip din na paulit-ulit mong sagutan until magets mo yung concept? Legit yun guys promise. Magugulat ka na lang na kaya mo rin palang i-apply sa ibang problems yun. Until maging flexible ka na sa math, mapapa-wow ka na lang sa sarili mo.
Ang haba na pala nito hahahaha pero sa mga below average at average student lang din na katulad ko, you might hate math at first pero once na may maintindihan na kayo sa math at nasstart niyo nang masolve yung mga problems, matutuwa kayo promise. Sobrang sarap sa feeling. Sobrang fulfilling. Mapapasabi na lang kayo ng "ay mas gusto ko pang gumaling sa math." Tapos iyan, pag naramdaman niyo na yan, diyan na magsstart mawala pagkahate niyo sa math hahahaha. You'll fall in love in it at mas pagsisikapan niyo pang matuto. That's what happened to me. I hope na you don't lose hope on learning math. Masaya talaga promise hahahaha and this comes from a student na minsang naging most hated subject ang math. :)

Context, I was good at math back then elementary and high school, and 100% proven yung friends circle you influences you and little sacrifice comes with reward, delayed gratification ika nga nila.
But now I'm a first year Statistics Major sa isang State University. I know I'm capable at problem solving skills, but nawalan ako ng motivation because of some factors like family and academic drive.
The only way out para masolve mo yung problem is to read back past lessons, practice it, you can eat it everyday (not literally hahaha) and then mapapansin mo na lang yung reflex mo on solving maths is gumagaling na

just speaking from my experience, noong 18yo pa ako at naguumpisang sampalin ng katotohanan na hindi ako gifted sa math, inilaban ko pa rin ang pangarap kong makatapos at yun ang naging motivation ko para hindi makickout ng tuluyan sa DLSU.
Dito ko narealize na iba-iba talaga ang development ng utak ng tao... Naappreciate ko lang at natutunan ang language of mathematics ng magumpisa na akong magturo at kumuha ng graduate degrees sa math. hindi pa rin ako maitutulad sa mga brilliant mathematicians tulad ng mga professors ko noon, pero alam ko na "gets" ko na ang math.
kaya laban lang. kung ang pangarap mo ay matapos ang degree mo sa stats, then just go for it. you are young and take advantage of your youth. You are allowed to experience frustrations and unexpected turns sa pag aaral mo dahil yan ang magpapatibay at maghahanda sa yo sa future mo. I wish you all the best and I can't wait para sa susunod na kwentong math degree mo.

Ako dati puro bagsak ako sa math nung 1st year kumuha pa ko special exam para makapasa. Nung 2nd year naman Teacher ko pinahiya pa ko sa klase baba daw ng grades ko. Ang hirap talaga ng math di kasi basta2× yan di katulad ng ibang exam kelangan magmemmrize ka lang kapag may enumeration yung iba multiple choice lang diba andali. 😁👍.Pero kapag math exam kelangan magaling ka sa arithmetic kaylangan may alam ka din sa basic english terms, kaylangan mo din malaman yung mga mathematical terms, tapos kapag sasagot ka sa exam kaylangan mo ng solution tapos i chechek mo pa yan. Kaya dun ako nagsimulang mag aral ng math at yun ang naging motivation ko. Dpat iwasan nyo masamang barkada dapat focus ka tlaga. Yung mga law wag mong kakalimutan kgaya ng MDAS.
3rd year hs. Nag to top na ko sa klase sa math tapos top 1 pa ko sa klase ng lahat ng subject. Di na ako nagdududa kc nag aaral ako walang tv radyo lang talaga libangan ko. Tapos di ako nagkakape at pancit canton. Tinangal ko muna mga yan. Sa halip gatas ang tinitira ko bago matulog ha. Wag ka iinum ng gatas bago pumasok baka antukin ka.😁👍
4th highskul top na ko sa math wala ng makapigil sa kin mataas na masyado confidence ko sa mga sagot ko.
Ganito style ko. Yung mga workbook binabasa at sinasagutan ko na agad bago pa ituro samin. Bibigyan naman kami ng teacher kung anung exercises ang pag aaralan namin next meeting. E halos pareho lang naman ang math ng 1st to 4th year hs. Basta mag praktise lang kayo. At advance reading. Kung anu yung pinag aralan nyo ng grading period. Yun ang la labas sa exam kaya mag redi kayo.
Ako na lagi pinapachek ng papel ng teacher namin nung 4th year ako din una natatapos kapag quizes. Ipapasa ko agad sa teacher ko pag tapos na ako. Sikat ako no? Damot ko magpakopya, yabang!😁👍
Pagdating ng 1year college nagharap kami ni Algebra. Haha mas complicado sya at mahahaba ang equation pero kinaya kopa dn mga panu sagutin. Tandaan nyo formula, mga law of equation wag nyo kalimutan. Dapat magaling kayo pa square root, cube roots and so on. Yung mga mathematical term like the sum the product, greater than less than etc. Wag kayo matakot sa abc xyz mga panggulo lang yun.
Yung title ng topic wag nyo kalimutan.
Paturo kayo sa matatalino bka may ibang tips pa cla s inyo. Madalang ako magpaturo sa kuya ko section 1 kc un nung hs.
Heto ang pinaka useful
Merong libro sa Algebra na may sagot ang mga odd numbers ng mga exescises pero walang solution iyon maki kita mo un sa pinaka likod ng Libro. At yun ang librong bilhin mo. Sa mga topic mag advance reading kayo kasi pinapakita dun kung pano isolve ang problem yan ang makakatulong sayo kung pano ka makakagawa ng solution at cheking to follow na lang si mam o sir kung yun na ang lesson nyo next day para maging mas klaro sa inyo ang topic. Tapos ginawa ko examples 1-20 ng exercises sinasasagutan ko at may solution pa masyadong matakaw sa oras pero worth it naman, kung maglaman mo tama sag0t mo. Ini isip ko lang nun parang walang pagkakaiba un sa crosword puzzle kya halos ginawa kong libangan pag sagot ng equation practise pa more!! 😁👍
So makikita ko na tama ang sagot ko sa likod ng libro mga odd numbers may solution na ako kpag naperfect ko odd numbers, di na ako duda na tama sagot ko sa even numbers. At for sure yun ang ibibigay na Quiz ng sir ko for the next day alam ko kc bgo nya kami idismis sa klase sinasabi nya agad kung anu lesson namin for the next day kaya advance reading at solving agad ako. Ganito routine ko everyday: pasok sa umaga gcng 7:30am pasok ko kc 9:30am-12:30. Pag uwi ko 1:30pm kain, inum gatas at vitamis enervon C😁👍 pag pahinga ng konti sabay tulog pag gcng ko mga 4pm na kya ligo napara fresh. Sa gabi aral math solve2× na naman everynight inaabot ako 1hr-2hrs, nkadapa ako kung mag aral wala ako kc study table kaya subsob talaga ako sa notes ko.😂👍
Quantitative Tech, Algebra, Elementary Statistics Top ako palagi mapa quiz o exam. Yung statistic putcha dami formula need to memorize sakit sa utak. Maperfect o ndi ok na. 1.5 or 95% grades ko ok na ganun tlaga minsan kahit gusto mo maperfect di pa dn kaya. Focus ka lagi ung mga lecture wag mo kakalimutan wag ka aabsent bka may topic kang mapabayaan. Minsan kc di mo magegets ung turo ng libro prof mo lang makakapaglinaw sa iyo. Ang dami kong matatalinong kaibigan dahil sa math halos 3rdHs - 2nd college lapitin ako ng mga kaibigan pati magaganda kong clasmate may gusto sakin mga chicks. (Gustong magtanong lang pala LoL!😁👍) Magdasal ka dn kada gabi na sana madali mo mapick up mga tinuturo sa inyo.

At ngayong 2019 Nasabi ko sa Sarili ko na Magaaral na ako ng Mabuti sa Math.
Bukod sa Math, Mahina din ako sa English at Science. Kahit nga Technical Drawing bagsak pa ako Flat 5 kase tamad ako mag drawing at kahit yung major ko nung college may bagsak ako kase hindi ako nagaaral ng tama, kung baga parang lulubog lilitaw.
At Ngayon 2019 Magaaral ulit ako Comp Tech course ko masasabi kong magaaral na ako ng mabuti dahil plano ko rin mag shift ng Bsit next yr kung papalarin or kung hindi man Ok na ako sa Comp Tech pero parangarap ko maging isang Programmer or Web Dev.
Kaya yan gusto kona magaral talaga haha.
At the same time Naglalaro din ako ng chess pero hindi magaling at wala din ako ratings pero mas gusto maglaro ng chess kesa magaral ng Math Dati. Pero ngayon mas gusto kona Sabay sabay or Mga Subjects muna unahin ko bago mga kalokohan. Kung Baga Mas gusto kona magaral bago gawin ang iba.
Pero Proud ako at masaya din naman ako dati sa life ko kahit wala masyado natutunan, nakakapasa pa naman kahit puro kalokohan. Nasanay na sa Pasang Awa hahaha.
Sabi nga ng iba hindi naman daw kelangan maging magaling mga minor subjects basta sa Major mo solid ka. Ang Kaso After ko maranasan Hirap ng Provincial rate or kahit Manila Rate pa. Talagang mahirap talaga hahaha.
Kaya kayo magaral kayo ng mabuti habang may oras pa habang may nagpapaaral sainyo magaral lang kayo. Kahit Mahirapan Try lang ng Try. Hehehe

I have math anxiety and this helped me so much. Talagang simula high school iniiwasan ko siya. Kumuha ako ng course na walang math na involved at sa tuwing nagpapatulong yung mga kapatid ko sa project, lahat kaya kong itulong talaga pero alam nilang EXCEPT math kahit super basic math pa yan, hindi ko gagawin. Dahil nga takot ako. Upon watching this video, i realized kung bakit nauwi ako sa ganito. Ginagawa ko lahat ng mga "don'ts" na advice mo and iniiwasan ko yung mga "do's". I just want to share, when I took the Let 3 years ago I was doubting myself to pass cause I am really afraid in Math items luckily I passed and I practiced a lot months before the exam. Now I am preparing to the the civil service exam bacause I wanted to prove to myself that I can really overcome my fears again and as well as to not validate myself anymore. I'm a twelfth grade Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) Student, my forte is language and social science. That is the main reason why I chose this strand (expecting that STEM and ABM focus on maths, so I never considered entering those strands), and *I loathe mathematics. It has always been my lowest grade since I started studying (80, 85, 86, 87, 89... I never got 90 lol)*. I ain't completely dumb (just average), I excel in Science and other subjects and in fact I belong to the "cream of the crop" section of our academe (but again, I am just an avarage student. naswertehan ko lang na nandun ako). Iyon nga lang, kapag math na ang pinag-uusapan, baka nasa bottom 5 ako ng klase namin.
Until I entered Senior High School, everything changed.* I altered my study habits. I fixed my notes and penmanship (MY NOTES ARE COMPLETE THE WHOLE SCHOOL YEAR), I avoided cramming (I review a week before exams or study the whole module and The Constitution right away), I study with my best friend who is a math genius. And I watched math videos to learn and practice more.*
*AND WHO KNEW THAT A HUMSS STUDENT LIKE ME, WHO HAS A MATH ANXIETY, GOT A FINAL GRADE OF....*
*94 in General Mathematics and 98 in Statistics and Probability. My grades in Maths are now superior than my grades in English.* (Ikinagulat rin ito ng parents ko dahil alam nilang walang matalino sa math sa pamilya namin hahahaha)
Bragging aside, those grades helped to achieve the WITH HIGHEST HONOR AWARD.
Guys, *NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE IF YOU JUST WORK HARD*
What's my secret?
1. I just *kept myself motivated* because I really wanted to study in Manila (particularly ADMU).

Entrance Examinations Covers the following: Language, Math, Science, and Reading Comprehension. or else it's up to the School you want to go in. since you're grade 7, i suggest do a lot of research about the topic. because, sometimes people goes out of the topic. I'm not bashing you. peace :)

Tips para gumaling sa math📝
Step 1:
Magkabisado ng Multiplication table para hindi mahirapan sa pagsubtract at pag times at iba pa.
Step 2:
Manood ng math youtube o pagaralan ang mga sinesend ng teacher niyo at i review.
Step 3:
Mag math araw araw upang ang utak mo ay tumalino sa math.
Step 4:
Mag aral ng quotient, algebriac statitics at iba pa.
Step 5:
Makinig sa guro kung paano ito na solved.
Step 6:
Manood ng math solved para mabilis mo ito matutunan.
Step 7:
And your brain is accelerating to become brighter.
Step 8:
Mag math lagi lagi para mabilis mo nang matutunan.
Step 9:
Huwag pumigil mag kabisa ng multiplication table dahil hindi binabaliktad ang pag mumultiply ng isang number.
Step 10.
Mag aral ng math araw araw para gumaling ka sa math.
