    Haiya, tks for the video. In my case instead of the condensed water droplets I hear water running continuously in a thin stream , is that okay or something I need to look into . Many thanks

      Hi Meg, that sounds like a pressure issue - if water pressure is too high (above 5 bar for QETTLE installations) - you might find you'll need to fit a simple pressure reducing valve. Please give the QETTLE Team a call or drop them an email, and they'll be able to help you.

    Do I need extra plumbing for qattle tap?

      Hello Ravinder, thanks for getting in touch. You don't need any special plumbing to install a QETTLE. However, there are a few important pre-installation points to consider. These include checking your home has a minimum water pressure of 1.5 bar, ensuring you have a normal, 13 amp power socket under your kitchen sink, and the space under your sink.
