Hi Kev....Jay here. If you've got a humidity issue and some cutting material is rotting off at the tips, then it's a humidity problem yes, but it's too high, not too low. I wouldn't put loads of water in your greenhouse, because that'll just make it worse. I'd suggest getting a hygrometer to measure the humidity, but I'd also leave the doors open as much as you can to reduce the humidity, not increase it.
