Looks like a really old National (the brand) Duolian (the model). Probably from the 1930s. They made a boatload of these so there are still a bunch of them out there. They also currently make a similar model called the Dueco, but this one looks way to old to be a Dueco.
I didn't really like the vocals as much in this one, perhaps because I'm more familiar with the song. I understand that singers do take some liberties with the melody notes to make it more interesting, but the alterations made here make the melody fall flat (pun possibly intended). Whistling and guitar playing are on point as always, though.
