Stonehenge and Bath are incredible! Great that they're showing visitors how the Neolithlic builders of Stonehenge may have lived. I'm with Carol that that Bath hot spring water seem to taste somewhat like . .. bath water! What's fascinating is that almost as soon as the Romans heard word about the natural hot mud spring that the locals considered sacred, they made a beeline to that then- remote area near the Welsh lands and engineered it to filter the hot water out of the hot mud and built that temple because they LOVED baths and this was one of the rare baths in the Roman Empire that didn't need to have ovens built to artificially heat them! What's also amazing is that for many centuries after the Empire fell and the temple collapsed, people forgot about the existence of the Roman era baths- despite the city still being named BATH the whole time! Those spots are great highlights in England and I thank you for sharing with us more spectacular footage while appreciating their value!
My reaction to that same tour was underwhelmed by Stonehenge and pleasantly surprised by Bath also. Beautiful countryside to ride through. Your videography continues to be fantastic.
Exactly. Stonehenge looked more impressive when the Griswolds destroyed it in "European Vacation" (and that's damning the movie with faint praise). So, skip Stonehenge, but the city of Bath looks like a great visit.
Being British and seeing my favourite TH-cam couple back in the UK just made my day 😊 So pleased you had some good weather while you were here. You always brighten our days with your vlogs. Much love 💙
Me too thought Stonehenge was bigger, but it,s very impressive. Looks bigger from a distanse though ☺ And then you have Bath, beautiful architecture! And I love the parks ☺ The scones looked delicious. Thank you for this tour, it was great. Peace & love from Norway ♥♥
Your channel popped up when I was researching travel in Turkiye. Watched all those and continuing with you around Greece and the Middle East. It's refreshing to see a young married couple seeking quieter places and not the party hot spots, or looking for all the Insta photo opps. Your vibe is so perfectly chill, yet still with just enough interesting history, local flavor (local dishes w/o major restaurant reviews, briefly showing prices, mentioning transport options, etc), that it's easy to watch 10+ in a row. Very elegantly done. I'm a new fan. :)
I love bath. Been here 20 year ago. was not so impresed with Stonehenge. The guide brought us to a pib where we has yorkshire pudding.with roasted beef. Lovely lunch.
Hiya. Chris and Carol. Lovely video. Always informative. I have never been to Bath. The architecture is gorgeous. Thank you for the tour around. Lunch looked delicious. Thank you for sharing. Happy the sun came out for you. Have a wonderful week.

You used to be able to touch the stones at Stonehenge, but they had to keep people back bcos tourists were desecrating them. Always the way, the few ruin it for the many It felt bigger when you could walk amongst them 🙋♀️🇬🇧🤪💖
A brief vlogging question for Chris… I recently purchased a GoPro camera and I want to start taking quality scenic videos of my surrounding area (I live near the Napa Valley in California). I seem to vaguely remember you mentioning the site that you use for your background music samples. If you do not mind could you tell me again which software that you use? Also, I have downloaded Movie Maker and GoPro’s editing software onto my laptop. Which editing software do you use to make your beautiful videos? Thank you in advance!

It's so sad, you two left Greece and Rhodes Island and a few more are burning into ashes!!! It'll never be the same, 1000s evacuated... what a tragedy.
Yeah its real bad there. The weather has been nuts, they had one of the coldest and wettest springs when we were there and a few weeks later this crazy scorching heat and multiple areas setting on fire
We do have many beautiful cities to explore, with rich history and amazing architecture. Glad the weather was kind on the day guys!

Bath was a great surprise, we thought stonehenge would be the highlight but bath was way more impressive :D
You can tell you 2 have a techy background, the video editing and footage quality is on another level. 👍😉
As you look into the stonehenge... all I can think of is... DUDE! You're ancestors are super-ancient!😳
Bath vibes is cool and laidback.💎✨👌

Wow, I'm blown away by Bath. The food looked yummy. 😋👍😊
Its beautiful last year my husband visited both Stonehage and Bath on his trip to the UK and loved it ❤
Love the rolling hills and fields.
I’ve been to both back in 2017. Somehow Stonehenge looks more desolate drier now than it did then.
You did an excellent job explaining the theory about Stonehenge . It is a burial site that the inhabitants worshipped the sun as God hoping to resurrect their dead. Again good job!
Never been to Stonehenge nor Bath so that was nice with a little flavor of history and nice filming as usual TY 💞
I am in Bristol which is close to bath :)
Bath, my favourite place in the UK

Avebury stone circle is more impressive and you can actually touch the stones.
Go to York!

here is some history, it stood from three thousand BC util the present day fifties,,, when it was disasembled and re assembled. google it.
How did ancient people move rocks. Eg Egypt, stonehenge.
In total honesty, the price tag on the roman baths in Bath is way too high for what you get
What countries are you two from?
Uk Chris,and Brazil Carol
You've not used the England flag on these videos mate what's up with that?! 🏴
Chris & Carol:Are you guys planning to visits “Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle & 10 Downing Street” in London, England next week in July of 2023? I am hoping you guys shall please visits these three remarkable Landmarks in great joy next week in London, England 2023❤❤❤

@@JumpingPlaces Well you and Carol continue to stay safe... looking forward to more of your great adventures. You're living the dream!
3000bc same time as great pyramids
Bro come to Pakistan
Nice
And every time I see the map of the Roman Empire, it's smaller, I'm ridiculous with Europe, it's more and more trying to hide that it was dominated!!
Which countries are missing?
Bath is a beautiful city...but stone henge ...meh!
STONEHENGE if compared to a the pyramids, they are so silly
STONEHENGE is about as interesting as the merchant, good for nothing!
You both look bored in this vlog. No excitement or anything in your faces.
That's how we always are lol
Come visit Glastonbury its Beautiful. contact me we drink tea
