  • Dry roads, not too windy and very mild (15C) ...but overcast 50 mile ride out on the Royal Enfield Classic 350. From Durham out to Bollihope via Cornsay Colliery, Wolsingham and Frosterley. And returning via Stanhope.
Not really trying to Vlog or anything, just me messing about on my motorcycle and playing with recording gear etc. No talking just riding (I'm not one for talking).
Bike mods: Pretty standard this one ...so far. Only has bar end mirrors and tank knee pads (came like that) and now with DNA filter. There's a couple of new relays and I cleaned the rest ...I've also moved the gear lever up one spline. It's now fitted with a single Royal Enfield pannier and a cheap decat pipe.
Recording Stuff: Insta 360 X3 (with motorcycle kit) (Camera World); Movo Wireless Mini Duo (for sound, Mounted under side panel); Ulanzi MT-58 1.21m Selfie Stick.

Great footage, but I'm still trying to figure out how you do the shots in which you appear from the front and from the side, as if there were someone filming you from another vehicle... 🤔

@@pgeraf I use an Insta 360 x3 camera mounted on a selfie stick, which is then clamped onto my handlebars on an adjustable mount (or sometimes my engine bars). So if I extend the selfie stick and move it around on the mount, either to the side or infront etc. you can get shots that appear to be away from the bike. The camera removes the selfie stick from the video but you can still see the mount (and you can get a bit of distortion where the camera stitches views from both camera lenses). With the 360 camera you can also edit the video to show any veiwpoint/angle, as it records the full 360 view and zoom in and out to a certain degree. It probably looks odd having a selfie stick sticking out the side or from of the bike ...and you have to watch the camera doesn't hit something (like bushes/tree branches growing close to the edge of the road on narrow lanes) but it does take some interesting shots.
