They use Slayton on most running downs and if you're out there on the first play from scrimmage then its by rule classified as a game started. A further example is Jayden Reed. He is the primary slot receiver who doesnt line up outiside very often. If the Packers start a game in a 2 receiver set, Reed isnt out there which means technically Reed didnt start the game even though everyone knows hes their best receiver (and offensive weapon) by a country mile. Seems silly but the details do matter.
